Hi all, looking to get back into T2 once ZEN rotates. Ive been drafting SOM block on MTGO to get familiar and I was really wondering what staple control cards were for that block, especially those in UBW. I ask this since when ZEN does rotate I plan on playing some form of control and I want to build a cardbase of all the staples. Any help would be appreciated!
Hey everyone, Im sad to say this but after around 10 years of playing, I have to get out of MTG for good. Im paying rent and bills now, and have a girlfriend and a full time job, so I just dont have the funds or time. In doing this, Im getting rid of my cards. I sold the lot of everything I had from standard to my neighbor for much less than it was worth, but I was looking to actually get some money for my jund deck. I know it isnt perfect, but it has the staples. I was wondering what you guys though a fair BIN price for ebay was for these cards, plus sleeves, plus deck box. Thanks.
My girlfriend just thinks its all part of me being a huge dork. She just tells me shes thankful that I dont fit the typical nerd archetype of no hygiene and a lot of excess body fat. She doesnt have any interest in playing and I really dont have an interest in teaching, haha.
Coheed and Cambria. At first I couldnt stand them, and now they are my favorite band by an extremely wide margin.
Also, Dave Matthews Band. I thought they were a lame frat band, but then my parents discovered them and played them constantly and now theyre a solid top 5 bands of all time band for me.
And finally, The Fall of Troy. I HATED this band at first. Very random, but the more I was exposed to them, the more I loved it. Another of my top 5, even though the latest album was bad.
"No reason to get excited

That feel that life is but a joke
But you and I we've been through that, oh
And this is not our fate
So let us not talk falsely now
The hour is getting late"
All Along the Watchtower, of course. Originally by Bob Dylan and covered by numerous other artists. My favorite rendition is the various live versions by Dave Matthews Band. Im actually considering getting the whole passage tattooed on my calf, or the last two lines tattooed on my chest, just under my collarbones. I love the tone of the entire song.
Whoever said horrors in completely right. Vampires are lame, zombies are boring. Horrors can be anything from little ankle biters to massive monstrosities. The diversity that is possible within that one unifying creature type is just awesome.
Okay, Ill keep this brief. I was sort of a social outcast in elementary and middle school. Nobody really liked me so I got used to that and started not caring what people thought. Because of this, people backed off of me and throughout high school I was well-liked and had lots of friends. But since then, whenever someone cares about me or tries to get close to me, I freak out and reject it. I feel like I dont deserve friends or attention or anything. This is completely irrational and it gets in the way of my friendships and relationships. Is the anyone out there that can attach a name to this? I know Im not the only one who this happens to.
I want to know what caused him to call you out for being anti-American. Theres really no reason for that at all. That was for sure a fail on your part.
I love Mycoid Shepard. Its an aggressively costed beatstick that gives you life when it or your BSA or any other fattie dies. Its all-around awesome and I cant believe people are actually surprised at its presence in my G/W midrange deck.

But like someone else said, global buffs have pretty much been phased out.
