So Biovisonary is a Human, how bout running him in some sort of Human Reanimator shell? I don't have a list (i haven't really tried to build any new decks), but this was the first though I had with him.
Like people have said, You see Mono-Red pop up as tier 1 in standard more often than other mono color decks because red is the least flexible color now a days, all of it's good cards generally do the exact same this, burn someone or be an aggressive beater, and this consistency makes it good.
Not saying that they will preemptively ban Enter the Infinte but din't they ban Worldfire the second it was legal in EDH?
Like someone said, it took a couple of months, but they banned worldfire because it made the entire game up to that point irrelevant, and slowed the game to a halt. Enter the Infinite should just end the game when cast, and might not depending on your cards/mana, so unless everybody whines for no reason it shouldn't be banned.
Jace SHOULD be unbanned in modern. I hate all the people saying "JACE IS BROKEN OHMYGOD HE'LL TAKE OVER AND CAWBLADE WILL REIGN SUPREME AGAIN" when bloodbraid elf literally comes down after jace and kicks jace right in the crotch, takes jace's lunch money, and jace is left to bleed out on the sidewalk in agonizing pain.
The problem with this "theory" of yours is the rules only permit two things to be done to an opponent: Life total manipulation or poison counters.
Damage manipulates life total by causing life loss.
Direct life loss as mentioned in some cards also causes the life total to be reduced.
Life gain causes the life total to be altered by the value increasing.
Poison counters are tallied and can only be removed by a single card ever printed: Leeches.
You cannot "Kill" or "Destroy" or "Exile" an opponent, because they are not permanents according to the rules.
The rules are consistent. Your opponent is not a permanent, therefore, they cannot have poison counters doubled via Doubling Season. They cannot be removed via Hex Parasite. And, he/she cannot be destroyed via Dreadbore.

Any time I have ever tried her she has just been too slow. By the time she hits the table, the guys I play against don't really care if their utility guys get eaten, then they just kill her with removal before she gets to be a big threat.
I would also add Vigor while he is not squirrel themed, he helps protect your squirrels (also you can ping your squirrels with Acorn Catapult to make them bigger and get a new squirrel).
Yawgwin is in, even though the average cmc looks very high it's still Yawgwin. Casting one of our backbreaking enchantments from the yard is enough, and with Urborg/Coffers out it should be hard to lose after castin a late-game Will.
