After looking at your suggestions, your cuts and adds do make alot of sense. I have updated the list. Do you have recommendations on what I should cut now? I am at 105 cards. Your help is greatly appreciated.
I personally think that the amount of card draw you have is not really needed with the amount of recursion that you have.
With all the cards coming back to your hand, or back to play. You won't need to over extend as much, and will have cards to continuously play it seems.
It also looks like most of the cards that have extort are really cheap. This makes it so that you can always just play them back easily and with little hinderance on your mana.
I think you can cut most of the sorcery draw spells and still be fine. I mean you have necropotence. Don't get me wrong, card draw is great, but I think you have enough card advantage as it is with all of the recursion that will be going on, that you don't need to really worry as much.
I also don't really see what is so great about Swiftfoot Boots in this deck. So I would cut that. The 5 cuts I would make are as follows:

I was thinking of adding in Chainer, dementia master, mimic vat, and Geth, Lord of the Vault. Actually, now that I think about it more, I really like the idea of Geth and chainer a lot.
I have. I just have 7 swamps in the deck if you don't count urborg. That is the real think keeping me from putting it in. I mean out of 39 lands only 8 would benefit from the card. One of those makes it so all lands do, but i need to have that one land. It is a consideration. I actually have like a huge stack of cards that could potentially go into the deck. I just have trouble cutting cards from this deck at this point. I think crypt ghast is lower in the order of cards to go in. I mean it is likely that I will have a swamp out, just not enough to say that the card will net me a huge mana ramp. I don't know. I do like that it costs 4 and can be fetched if needed by fleshwrither.
Works wonders with Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth... since there aren't really any tutors you may not get it off all the time but when you do... up to you
I have tried that. If they made a decent creature that tutored up lands (weathered wayfarer has not been impressive enough for me) I would totally put that card back in. redskingm- I feel that extort is a cute way of going about this deck, but I ruled it out when I made the deck. I have ruled it out, as of right now, the only one I would even consider is the pontif of blight. But with that, I need to think of cards to cut for it, and as of right now, I can't really think of anything to cut for other cards that I want to try out. The pontif will be going into the "this card should be tried out" pile if it is already not. Thanks for the suggestion on extort. I also like the idea of a typhoid rats. I have that one card from the commander deck that makes death touch snakes each upkeep if I don't have a snake. I would rather have her than the rat. (can't remember that cards name atm).
JohnnyDegenerate- I have, but I decided not to as if I have no board it takes a lot for me to be able to do anything with her. She is really great in many cases, but I just wouldn't want to have her in here yet, unless I could justify it. I also have a surprisingly low white creature count. I know if black creatures die I get a token, but I really like her for a sac outlet. Right now I would probably choose another three mana sac outlet over her.

So, this was a large update. I have been tweaking this deck for a while now, and well, I really like it. It is not the most over powered deck, and I would actually say it is really under powered if anything. I tried adding in a skullclamp, but I didn't like it that much. I was never really trying to kill my creatures consistently. That is not how the deck runs. It is more of a midrange synergy deck that works really well together. I want more sac outlets, but I don't want to drop money on cards right now. I know that I would add in those two lands that let you sac a creature to add mana and gain life (not Diamond Valley, I really am not made of money.).
I am trying out a Linn Sivvi thing in this deck. I like the idea of it, and it seems like she won't ever be a bad draw, as the rebels I have in the deck are good on their own. I do wish they would print more, but wishful thinking. I don't know. What do you think?
If I have a bunch of manifest creatures out, and then I play Mikaeus, the unhallowed, if the manifest card is destroyed will it come back if it is a permeant?
If I have Athreos, God of Passage on the battlefield, and I have a manifested card. When the manifested creature dies, does Athreos's ability trigger, and would I be able to get the card back, even if it is not a creature that has been manifested? I have heard so many different things and I can never get a straight answer.

Butcher of Malakir, High Priest of Penance, Obzedat, Ghost Council, Night's Whisper, and False Cure are cards that could easily be cut. I understand that the false cure is in here for the combo with beacon of immortality. I just am not convinced that it is that good of a combo that is reliable enough to justify a card that has little use outside of the combo.
