Eh, I'm torn. Name aside, which though corny isn't as bad as some names we've seen lately, I can't say I like this version of join forces. Sure, it's a kill spell/manipulation/bounce away from forcing players to blow their mana pools for nothing, but it may make the player to be unwelcomed by the group after a couple games with it in play. It's big, it's bad, and it's definitely something to be watchful for.
FtV: Legacy if done and reserved list aside would be as follows:
All 10 dual lands
Wasteland
Force of Will
Moat
The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale
Imperial Recruiter
If you wanted the most expensive FTV ever though it would be FTV: Power 9 + other cards on par with the power nine i.e. all pieces of power, library of alexandria, mishra's workshop, bazaar of baghdad, time vault, yawgmoth's will, and force of will. Originally was going to put in mana drain instead of force but force is the best counterspell in the game.
Better an emperor than the recieving end of a Nicol Bolas beatdown.
I think I might have just found a reason to like Blue.
I just had a horrible, horrible idea for an EDH deck.
Thank you for showing me cards I never knew existed.
Digging the vampire more than Skullbriar, but that may be because I am a RWB player more than GB.
Would kill for the FTV: Legacy for EDH.
