You know when you start building your last deck of what you’re gonna take with you, and you aren’t going to dismantle anything else you sleeved up, so you end up plugging in holes with “not optimized” cards?
I had an Ishai/Kraum deck that was just leftovers, and it always did well. This card saved me many times.
Guys, be a bit more reasonable. Jherana never made it into flavor text. Greensleeves was on one card.
Someone like Disa the Restless would make much more sense. She appeared on a number of cards during Ice Age block and could prove well-themed for a snow deck.
I have thought about Grunn before, and I considered using the other green "double your power" cards (God-Eternal Rhonas and Nylea's Colossus) as a fun little theme.
Gruun has the power but needs to find a way to connect. You should pack the deck with protection for him (hexproof) and abilities to push him through (trample, menace, can’t be blocked). Oh, and probably haste.
At the beginning of my combat step, I have Xenagos’ triggered ability target Gray Ogre.
- If the ability resolves with no changes to the board state, what is Gray Ogre’s power/toughness?
- If, in response to Xenagos’ triggered ability, an opponent destroys Domri (and leaves my other two permanents alone) but then lets the triggered ability resolve, what is Gray Ogre’s power/toughness?
(Trying to confirm if Domri’s static ability will be doubled or not.)
Each of these Chandras have a use somewhere, more than just "ping something for 1" three different ways. Very curious about the direction they are taking with her and elemental pets. Funny that the rare's first ability is...power on Heart of Kiran. =P
