Well they made phylactery lich at rare. So it must not be super broken in scars. (Then again... Nocturnus) but anyway, they did make the From the Vault: Relics, FNM cloudpost and grip, plus LSV at Grand Prix Columbus said it was an all artifact set. So more than likely artifact lands, that produce colorless, bring back some of the old, bring in new. So in my opinion of course this is all speculation but im thinking something along the lines of this

The drawbacks are a: it does not tap for mana right away, b: you have to pay to make it useful, and c: it can only be used on artifact cards.
