Cool, glad I was wrong on how the NK was going to work. I'd take that as a town claim from Manasi (I can't think of a real reason why mafia would want to delay night actions in a setup this small, and what looks like a lot of unconventional roles), and the derphammer from Dias, while frustrating, is probably +town there as well. Could be a bus, but the way Dias defended themselves afterward doesn't read that way. Tom seems pretty behaviorally in the clear.
So, the lynch pool is... Kpaca?
Me
RE (mechanical clear)
Vezok/Manasi (mechanical unlikelihood)
Tom/The Worst/Dias (behavioral unlikelihood)
KA (has done something)
Kpaca (has not done something)
Guess I'll take the unknown quantity. I'll fencesit and say I'm not committed to this vote, but it seems like a reasonable place to start. Also, I'm going to make Vezok fancy unless someone has a serious complaint.
So, you read the thread, knew I had to use my ability during the day, saw me publicly discuss and use it Day 1, saw me not having publicly used it yet Day 2, saw me discuss the ability further, and voted anyways?
Ok.
If you're genuinely sorry for the mistake, just acknowledge it was a mistake and we can move forward. If you keep denying it, people are going to continue (rightfully) giving you crap for it.
If you think Cantrip is scum, isn't putting him to L-1 without my having used my ability just as bad as L-0?
I need to resolve my ability. No more games: who do we want as an ascetic? I assume RE is not the correct choice, because she's either dying toNight if Cantrip is scum, or getting heavy scrutiny if Cantrip flips town.
Lofs of quotewalls I'm not thoroughly reading at this hour, but I figured the odds of preventing you from being rolecopped/blocked/redirected/vanillafied/watched/tracked were worth the odds of you potentially getting boosted or something.
My role was called town booster, so it made me fairly confident that there was no other motivation/improvement type effect. But now Vezok has removed variance and some degree of play from my ability, so perhaps gaming the setup wasn't the most productive line of thought in hindsight. It still seemed like the highest RV play for the town.
No, that was me. I suppose I should full claim, given what has happened.
I chose another player during the day, then we played rock, paper, scissors. RE won, and as a result, any non-killing actions that targeted RE last night were redirected to me. If I were to have won the game, the effects would have been reversed.
Now that I have been normalized, I am an Asceticiser.

Me
Vezok (this role doesn't seem like it belongs on a Mafia member [net improvement, but not a strict upgrade)
RE
Cantrip
The Worst (I think the overNight posting further improved his standing, it feels like he's organically reacting and continuing to worldbuild)
KA/Tom (nothing damning, just not as towny as above individuals)
Manasi/Kpaca (blank)
PoE currently suggests RR slot.

I understand how my vote could be interpreted as bussing, and that's definitely in scum!Dan's wheelhouse. The only counterargument I have is that I don't think it would've been difficult to push a deadline lynch through on GJ/mikey given the circumstances, or for my to just not be here (and really I shouldn't have been, as I was driving, but w/e). But WIFOM.
I agree with Tom that idt GJ would’ve used Hero that early. Hell, I probably wouldn’t use it at all outside of very narrow circumstances where there’s both a mechanically confirmed townie and we’re in some specific 5-7 player range where I have high odds of targeting scum, AND living neighbors to tell who I’m intending to target that I trusted.
Echoing the sentiments by the town liking KA’s analysis. This strongly aligns with my current reads.

@worst With the GJ flip, does that change your opinion that both scum were/not on the Mikey wagon? I also disagree with you regarding town!vez based on the NK. Having been scumbuddies with him in Friendly Neighbors, I know that as scum he places a premium on private communication. What makes you think the GJ nk gives him the town credit?
@RE I think no news is good news on my ability use on you. I also think that given the context of Vezok’s CC, while I also wouldn’t have advised it, lends him some towncred. What makes you think the Cantrip/worst interactions were forced/distancing? Can you provide examples?
Also, would you rank the members on Killma’s wagon, if you think both scum members are on it?
@Vezok What makes you think the worst/kilma interactions were distancing? Can you provide examples?
I've been normalized. Some flavor about how I'm nowhere near as important as I thought I was. No more games/variance, but it seems like a net improvement on my ability.

@Osie Votecount, pls?
But Albertino had to go and not read the thread, so that's dandy. Not like my ability does that much when it's public knowledge, but still.
(all these years and we never got the dodgy emoji)

Another situation where this lynch feels bad, but any lynch is better than none.
