House's Advantage - Pretty neat idea, but a little scary as a common.
Acrid Attrition - I believe that this card is two for one in a way that shouldn't be common, but it's borderline.
Sleeper's Intelligence - Could even cost one hybrid mana if you change "target player" to "target opponent".
Legendery Creature - Hound Warrior (Rare)
Each other creature gets +2/+0.
WRB, t: Destroy each other creature with power equel to or greater than Kharkhel's power. Activate this ability only if you control more creatures than each opponent.
"Only the one who has the power to give and the power to take shall be the khan of the Mardu"
4/4
IIW: Nephillim.
Creature - Insect Whale (Rare)
Islandwalk
Each creature you control has base power and tougness of 5/5.
Each creature your opponents controls has base power and toughness of 1/1.
5/5
Next: Ninja Samurai
Link - Very interesting take on the challenge. Efficient beater, interesting ability and providing mana. I like it as an uncommon though.
Ninja Caterpie - Reminds me too much of Spawnwrithe. "Nonlethal" is interesting though, and your card seems very interesting with pingers and even constructed playable in Red Devoution deck.
RaikouRider - Seems like a complicated way to say Indestructible. I know that this card is like the opposite of Hexproof but this card seems complicated for the sake of being complicated.
Ryder052 - The flavor is awesome and this card seems like a very fun and political card. I like it.
Jimmy Groove - This card looks very efficient beater with a nice flavor. A "can't block" clause would fix its annoyance in limited.
TacticalCelebrant - Excellent drawback for this kind of card. Seems like a rare cand not uncommon, though.
Top 3:
First place: Link
Second place: Ryder052
Third place: Jimmy Groove
Sorcery (Rare)
Each opponent may bribe you. You and the player that wins the bribe returns each creature card from his or her graveyard to the battlefield. (To bribe, each bribing player reveals his or her hand. The bribed player choose a card revealed this way and cast it without paying its mana cost. Then, the player that his or her card was chosen this way wins the bribe).
Legendary Creature - Bear (Mythic)
Trample, hexproof
U: Target creature gets -1/-0 until end of turn.
GR: Sursei fights target creature.
Sursei presents all that is Temur: Savagery, pride and survival at all costs.
8/4
IIW: When Izzet meet Simic...
Creature - Human Wizard (Rare)
Whenever a creature you control becomes the target of a spell or ability with a single target for the first time each turn, choose one:
I agree that trample and intimidate together are pretty redundant. May I suggest changing the "intimidate" to "dreamwalk"?
Keep up the good work!
Ryder052 - WOW! I fell in love with this card. The "Rune" flavor is awesome, and the fact that this card has two hidden modes (2 damage for 3 colorless repeatable 2 damage over the course of the game for mono red) makes it even more interesting to me.
IcariiFA - Solid idea. Very refreshing to see a red-blue card that doesn't care about instants or sorceries, though this card could have easily be mono red.
TacticalCelebrant - Nice "build around me card". It can also "nerf" your opponents' artifacts in risk that they will do the same to you. I like it.
Tilwin - 2/2 for 2 colorless and three activated abilities for an uncommon? Cute idea, but I can hardly see it printed as this version.
PsyOp - Nice mind-warping puzzle. Probably broken in modern and older formats.
Top 3:
First place - Ryder052
Second place - TacticalCelebrant
Third place - PsyOp
overextended - nice combination of abilities. The haste seems pretty useless though.
scarbo - fearsome card. Double strike + Curiosity is bomb.
Cthara - Crazy card! Evokes pretty well the feeling of mad scientists. Fun to build around, too!
avatarz - the third entry with ability + Curiosity... Forcing the creaturecto attack in order for you to get a card every turn is nice little combo though.
Koolkoal - You can target the creature, copy the spell target it again and do infinite copies. Seem broken.
ManyCookies - How is it even works? 0_0
admirableadmiral - Tthe abilities are fine, but the don't synergies with each other.
Morgellons - Too similar to Mirror Mockery.
Winner - Cthara
Next: Valeron

Creature - Cat Soldier (Rare)
White and artifact creatures you control cost 1 less.
Other White and artifact creatures you control gets +1/+1.
2/2
Creature - Kraken (Uncommon)
Exploit
When Hungry Kraken exploits a creature, put two +1/+1 counters on it and you may tap target creature.
A kraken learn at early age how to feast upon flesh in the most grotesque way in order to intimidate larger predators.
3/3
IIW: blue-red aura.
