I dont know why they might decide to jump on blaming the MTG community per se (although we unfortunately are a group known in the gaming community for having larger instances of theft)but a white belt in google fu will reveal that the fire alarm was in fact pulled by people on the second floor who saw smoke comming up from someone trying to cook a frozen pizza in a toster oven near the entrance. So in essence no conspiracy or anything just a stupid unfortunate incident.
oh,i knew about the fire, I just don't like it when others blame a whole group for the actions of a few,it irks me to no end when it happens.....
I basiclly joined just to figure osmething out, that i read on a forum that I'm a memeber of.
During Gencon (Which I was unable to attend due to various reasons) there was appearently a fire alarm that went off casuing folks to leave. And from what the admin on that other forum that i mentioend above has stated he blames it on the MTG community:-/
This doesn't seem right to me, I don't think that MTG players would steal;if they do,anything from a game thats not Magic...
so,my question is why would a player of a different think that a whole other group of players stole stuff:confused:
