Make it say, enchant planeswalker. I believe that when you enchant it it is no longer a planeswalker that an opponent controls and so the enchantment falls off and then they get control of it again.

Yeah my card didn't work out as planned. Supposed to be decent in any deck but best in monoblack because they could control the power of the creature which would require the hybrid, but couldn't quite template it to work that way. BTW Meggido, perfect reference. Great show.

Sorcery - (R)
Each creature you control gains "T: Add to your mana pool this creature's mana cost. This can only be spent to cast spells with X in their mana cost". "The power surging through these creatures is just waiting to be unleashed. And I know the perfect spell." -Jorasha, Fireworks Specialist
IIW: Make a red and white sorcery. No other colors, no hybrids.
I agree that there are a lot of mucho green mana symbol green creatures, but green is the most boring color that needs the most help in my opinion.
Judgings:
Ahyangi: I like this card. It is powerful and the way to reduce the cost limits the power of the spell so it doesn't get out of hand. And it would be difficult to cast this and then swing for win (if so dang you have a lot of forests). But it is strong in that that is a lot of 5/5's.
Piar:First thing I would say is to move this up to a rare. Green doesnt get much draw (which I think is stupid) and drawing a lot and getting creatures feels rare to me. But that's a small point. This is very strong. I would be afraid that it might be too powerful. Gives you your entire grip back and puts things on the field in the color that loves to pump. All for 6 and it gets better as it's later.
Berenzen: Green's needed Hydra. Trample makes sure it is going to be at least useful. I like that. It counts itself which is necessary. 5 for a 5/6 trampler isn't bad and it can be bigger and will grow. All in all a strong hydra.
Oculus: A very powerful mana generation creature. Sometimes just a lanowar elves and sometimes better and it has a nice body. Good uncommon.
diiimka: Very interesting way to give green some needed gas. Hideaway is a fun mechanic and it has the ability to get more and more. It is easily disruptable and isn't very fast so I wouldn't be afraid of it being too powerful. I'd say it might even be too slow, but because it is put onto the battlefield I think it is fair. The only thing I would wonder is would it be better if you cast the creature instead of put on battlefield? I could see reasoning to dodge counters but it does make utility creatures, i.e. Acidic Slime, a lot worse.
Notorious Lynx: I am going to assume this is a common. This is extremely under the power curve. For 1G you get an 0/4 with another useful ability. I am fine with creatures not pushing the boundaries of power (those aren't necessary), but it would be limited filler which would never be used because of the GGG.
Jace: Instant makes this a very deadly combat trick. If they don't block they will most likely be dead. If they do it won't turn out well for them. Will commonly give everything in a swarm strategy +2/+2 to like +3/+3 usually at instant speed. I do like how you can neuter this by attacking the non-tokens, which most decks usually do. I'd say a balanced spell though it would have to be a rare.
OmegaLegacy: My first feelings are that 3 for 2 1/1's or 5 for 3 1/1's is quite underpowered. But then again you do have the flexibility of being able to pay ridiculously high amounts as well. I think that this might make up for it, even though I can't see me casting it for anything low. The regrowing ability is interesting. It provides card disadvantage, but would be useful if you needed him back to be fighting an attrition war or to recover from a DoJ. I like it a lot for that purpose.
BloodySpasm: Interesting. 3 for a 3/3 isn't bad. I'd be afraid that the death trigger would not be for much after you lost your 3 green mana symbols from the hydra though. Trading +1/+2 for the token making abilities. Would be good after DoJ but they wouldn't be able to attack. Then again green is the color of pump. I like the tokens as DoJ insurance in a swarm plan.
Winner: diiimka. There were a lot I liked, but I enjoyed his re-use of hideaway to help get green some gas.

I am working off of the assumption (I believe it is true) that when casting a card, you are allowed to choose whether to pay the colorless side or the black side even if you only have black mana. Also the posty codey thing seems to be fine with (2/B) but won't accept that colorless amount to be 1
