    The barbarians were called for more unsportsmanlike conduct calls than any other team... so they killed the ref. Which earned them a delay of game penalty on top of it all.

    I don't see how: On my go, play Diamond and Petal, pass turn. When the opponent plays a spell on their turn, sac the petal for blue mana and Diamond for :symg::symg::symg:, discarding the Wurm and Logic; play both Madness triggers, counter the spell with the Logic, and play the Wurm.

    Unless there's something in the rules that I missed that prevents this, I should have won a lot more than I did. If I misread something, please advise.

    You're tapped out and your opponent has a Plague Fiend ready to block. The Houndmaster would die, but the Lancer would not (because the -1/-1 would kick in before combat damage is assigned)

    Hero's Demise ~ Rend Spirit (For you non-math-types "~" is read "is similar to)
    Granted, there are more Legendary creatures than Spirits, but does it really warrant: +2 Rarity slots = -1 mana cost? Not too sure about that. But, then, why was Rapid Decay a rare?

    Anyways, my guess:
    Aura = enchantments, always has
    Barbs = damage

    Hates enchantments, deals damage, hmmm... red?
