This must be the reason why the editors slowed down his laughs at end of videos. They new he was up to something evil.
On a serious side, after this he will be quickly disappearing off the map of commonly know magic players. He'll probably be rejected by most players that caught mentions about this.
Hey all I'm trying to make a cube for the first time and I wanted to try building one with commons/uncommons I currently have an suggestions from people to make it fun. I am probably be playing it with a group of 4-8 usually at the local college. I feel like they could learn for more practices, and it is a personal goal to have fun with it with out going to far out of the wallet.

What I'm asking for is suggestions, cards that should just hit the streets, and ideas of cards from generations before I started playing (before Alara). I'm hoping not the bank to much, but mostly some fun commons that can encourage practice.
Thank you in advance for any assistance and suggestions you make.
Here's my 2 cents: I'll stick to lavamancer being the better one, and would be even better if you are in a metagame where there are very few decks with enchantments and artifacts (steel, tokens, humans, etc.) so you can ignore green splash, and use some black symbols and use Forbidden Alchemy. It fuels the lavamancer enough to get some burns going.
Am I able to request a new sig as the format has switched? Snapcaster Mage, M12 Grim Lavamancer, Delver of Secrets+Insectile Aberration, using Sulfur Falls, and Vincent Proce's Zendikar Island/Mountain? (personal preference as I am using those in my deck)
"Humans, bringing it back"
Avatar (hope it isn't to much) Delver of Secrets zooming in onto his Insectile Abberation. Maybe just 4 frames
I would say Inkmoth Nexus is a good target if you are playing against Kessig or Steel. If you are running a burn deck you would want to kill any lifelink right away or you'll be short of the kill.
You know those players, heck there is even a famous Pro Player that has been banned for doing it, and you've faced them one time or another. They play slow so they can obtain a draw or a 1-0 win if they make game one drawn out. A lot of people dislike them but you can't just jump and say no to what their doing, but I want to know, how much time you'ld give them before you prompt them to figure it out and play their cards, and/or call the judge to get them a fear of DQ. I know some people may feel different depending on FNM, GP, PTQ, and higher, but how long is too long?
Also some games can get dragged out due to how the draw goes, and that is no big deal if game passes the limit as long as each of you keep moving.
I think I am heading this way if Tempered Steel is still going to have problems with threats of artifacts being on people's views so I want to know, with out Elspeth, Garruk, etc. would Origin Spellbombs be an idea for the deck?
I'm in a split decision of what I want to use in Modern. I loved Pyromancer Ascension when it was first printed, but I would like to try the storm of Pyromancer's Swath. I was wondering what people would pick first or if both was relyable in others testing before I focus on one or the other.
Positives:
Swath wants storm and Ascension has the copies of draw and ramp to support your count (doesn't multiply your count)
Both can go off with out the other
Negatives:
Swath wastes space for Ascension
Ascension doesn't make Grapeshot as strong as Swath
I want to know points of views, one or the other? Both?
Halimar Depths first as that is a temporary Ponder (and loves Gitaxian Probe if you run that), otherwise Ponder so you can shuffle before you preordain, not after.

You don't have to kill anything with infect, just race 'em. It isn't that hard to do unless they use Lashwrithe
The creatures that are hard to kill are the creatures you need to kill on sight.
First real some what competitive deck was Esper Sharrum Legendary Rule.

I'll probably have to run and get my Steel Overseer then
