L - Lack of value, another card which nobody will want and end up piling up in the corner. R&D save the tree, please.
O - Overcost by R&D to prevent it from being abuse, R&D might as well don't print it in the first place. (R&D, don't you have other creative ideas, other than this? ;))
U - Unpredictable (randomness) is not something you want to play in blue and to make it playable by forcing the whole deck with 80% high cost or using other card to make it playable. (You might as well don't play it)
S - Sorcery is a banned for blue, unless it's "powerful effect"/"winning method"/"reasonable cost". I see none.
Y - Yawn... boring similar ability "draw card equal to cc"

well, looking from your sma... umm... "amount-challenged" post, i'd assume you're not too familiar with the rul... umm... "official habit" that some of our dictato... umm... "experienced member" would probably give you a banham... umm... i mean "strict warning" for that...

if 2 effects happen at the same time i think the controller of the effect gets to choose the order in stack...
in this case i would prefer to put the plague on top, while kami's of the fire roar 1st...
thus swallowing the glasskite... (and the fire roar's ability gets countered...)
well, i'm not too sure here, but in some other forums, you would (probably?) get a spam warning for this one...

This cycle got Samurai, Akki, ninja, nezumi... but there are lacking one more class which quite common in japanese fantasy setting... ronin. My guess is it will be in this expansion or the next one.
Ok, good. I was leaning towards 8th. Now it works out perfectly since the other guy wants Scourge. Heck, we wouldn't even have to finish the last game. Ah well.

and i think 8th is better since you'd probably get cards that would still be reprinted and reused again in the 9th edition...
i got this from a trusty friend of mine whose uncle's father's is working in the same place with this guy who also took a part time job in the 21th century kitsune movie production...
just playtest with it... most of the time you'll be too focused in keeping him alive, you won't be able to do anything at all, add the fact that most of the counter producer can be demolished by the current metagame...
on a side note, for those who were thinking of "bad" counters...
using this with quicksilver fountain is the t3ch...
Don't forget Stronghold, which had horrible cards like Crystalline Sliver, Ensnaring Bridge, Mana Leak, Mogg Flunkies, Shard Phoenix, Shock, Spike Feeder, Volrath's Stronghold, and Wall of Blossoms.

mana leak is a very solid counterspell for the early game...
shock is an efficient burn and as an instant...
wall of blossoms serve as a blocker and cantrip...
(there used to be someone who won grandprix using the power of crystaline sliver..)
the white 3/6 flying would probably create a new deck...

red has misguided rage back in the onslaugh block (forgot which expansion), no one has used that...
even if this sees play, the enchantment controller would probably sac a land, or a useless creature instead...
if you want an enchantment.dec hoser for red... try the aura bard...
