Thanks guys i really like all of your ideas. Coastal Piracy is a huge oversight and definitely needs a spot in the deck, and i definitely agree with you raijinnfury on the weirdness of the kingdom deck, i think i was trying to make it more interesting with the red and black splash (although a big part of it was just the different lands). I really am not happy with the kingdom deck now that i take a second look at it it needs an overhaul (I love the Darien, King of Kjeldor idea)
One thing i did not want to do is "Pirates Vs. Ninjas." Personally i think is so over done and i also don't like ninja's very much. But maybe a different deck in place of the kingdom will be good, i just have no idea what yet.

I have always wanted to make my own duel decks that were very fun and unique. I have not tested these decks yet these are just a rough draft, but i am pretty new to magic and i could use help with card suggestions (like pirate or kingdom themed art/cards). So here are my goals. -Balanced: I want these decks to be all about skill and game-play, not about what deck has the better cards or synergies! -Dedicated Theme: I want the cards to feel like they were meant for there respective decks. (i know that is not 100% possible but as much as we can) -Strategies/Synergies/Combos: Lastly I want these decks to be a blast to play and a smooth strategy backed up my nifty combo's is a lot better than feeling like all your doing is casting creatures and beating down.
Strategy: This deck uses walls and defenders to fend off early attacks while you recruit your army then use Droning Bureaucrats to finish them off with an alpha strike! Theme: I like having many "1of" land cards, it is like every land is a part of the kingdom.

Also, how awesome is hearth charm in this deck? seems like an awesome gem as a one of. Im exited to target a Figure of Destiny and pump him for a nice 4 unblockable!
I like the Gorilla Shaman instead of the Serenity because he does beat for 1

I know this probably is not competitive but i was talking to the shop owner who said he was testing his Zendikar block deck "Green Rush" against his friends Tezzeret deck and got him 50/50. I also have been looking at online deck lists and it seems most decks cannot handle aggro. Help me out guys, thanks.

Strategy: Disrupt their lands with Rishaden Port, Spreading Seas, and Mystic Compass then playing your Rishadan Pirates to make them sacrifice permanents! or playing with the Avarice Totem / Kukemssa Pirates Combo.
Theme: Golden Urn and Avarice Totem could be some treasure they found and Expedition map and Explorer's Scope would be tools a pirate would use!
