Between this and the new Raptor, I wonder if there's possibly some form of Aggro Battle deck in the works? It seems like there would be a weird disconnect between having cheap, hasty beaters but using them to attack battles INSTEAD of your opponent.
I predict that “ignoring opponent to attack battles every turn” is going to be the new “gain life until all of my creatures have 100+ power” in Arena.
Heh, I've only messed with Arena once or twice, so I am legitimately confused by this statement.
Are they sure Stormclaw Rager wasn't supposed to be an Orc? That looks like Tarkir to me... Which has orcs, and not ogres.
Also kind of cruel that the huntmaster feeds his own wolf companions to compleation.
To be fair, the Lorwyn elves were kinda jerks even before Phyrexia showed up...
As for the Rager, sorcery speed is kind of a bummer, but thats a repeatable sac outlet, with card draw and power boost, at a decent CMC, at uncommon. That is SOLID.

So now we have an ally-color Phyrexian transformation cycle at common, to contrast the uncommon enemy-color cycles at uncommon. The colors are also in "reverse order" to the rare cycle.
What? Tarkir Duneshifter. So a Amonkhet jackal with a Tarkir name and flavor text. Did they screw up the art. ??
Tarkir has deserts/sands and that is specifically where the Abzan and then Dromoka folks lived, so I think it is plausible in Tarkir. I don't particularly recall jackals/dogs in Tarkir, though.
The ainok are the dog equivalent of leonin, and so far have only been seen on Amonkhet. That's not a jackal.
The Ainok were the dogfolk on Tarkir. The Jackalfolk on Amonkhet were the Khenra.

That is a very good, and very creepy, point.

Oddly, the first thing I thought of was Brion Stoutarm.
Torbran, Thane of Red Fell LOVES this.
