You might be right full on, I could perhaps scale back actual cards to just 35 and not 40 and if I was evil make all the new ones zombie giants.
The deck could maybe be bigger too, although once behind it doesn't recover, so it likely needs to be more explosive.

Pyrohemia would be a fun idea, the general is probably a challenge to turn on, so I'll see how it can fit in.
@DustBunnyElemental
I was doubting Goblin Rally too, I used to really like card, but perhaps not as essential when you have white. Not sure Goblin Assault will have enough of a presence as I took it out of a dedicated token deck (Marton Stromgald) previously, but Yun Shao, the Indecisive (which I got for same marton deck, but later cut) might a good way to replicate general's effect.
Thank you both for feedback.
Iroas, God of Victory
Combo and Token Strategy
Explanation
This deck list is more for personal reference until I have a desire to go into more detail, so not many details may be provided, but I am certainly keen on feedback on how to make deck into as competitive a deck as possible, while sustaining commander relevance. This deck also replaces my former Agrus Kos, Wojek Veteran deck as the red and white Commander of choice.

1. Wish sideboards are only usable with playgroup consent. If your playgroup does not approve any card in the sideboard can replace Golden Wish, although I would choose Aura of Silence as a default.
Primary concerns are hastening mana production (excluding obvious inclusion of Mana Crypt), as such more 2 mana rocks and Mana Vault are considerations.
Pursuing: Stranglehold.
Kaervek, Wort and Mogis are actually good Rakdos generals, I just don't think you have much experience if you judge them lacking without trying them and Malfegor is actually among the worst of them, if not the worst.
Ulasht is also relatively straightforward to make if you view it as a predominantly combo deck, with similar interactions to a Prossh deck, minus the black.
Not sure I liked the idea of a total retooling, but I will take a look at your decklist and consider those other two options. Thanks . I suppose Root Maze and Hall of Gemstone do have good points worth considering too, but not sold on ritual right now.
You need to decide at start whether you want chaos or just misery for your opponents, I prefer misery, as chaos lets blue players come out on top sometimes and benefits green players a lot when they have a greater permanent percentage and thus target range.
So, as a start, focus on colour symbol heavy enchantments:
Necropotence
Underworld Connections
Phyrexian Reclamation
Spiteful Visions
Underworld Dreams
Pyrohemia (maybe)
Stranglehold
Whip of Erebos
Repercussion as discussed above is also an interesting card if you run Blasphemous Act.
From here choose the creatures you like.
I agree somewhat, it essentially gives the power of an Iona lock (albeit through destroying field) to any deck that chooses to run it, this is probably more insidious than white decks with Iona, or other single player kills/lockouts that would also be enabled were PS unbanned.
I would cut in the least Liliana - too slow, Coat of Arms - too symmetrical as it will benefit others, Altar of Dementia - in theory it is good, but clashes with commander and Carrion Feeder/Viscera Seer - as while they are combo enablers, I don't need you need them with the current style of your deck.
Good list besides, however I would consider Phyrexian Reclamation and Phyrexian Dreadnaught.
EDIT: Dreadnaught isnt a zombie admittedly, but may be thematic.
I really disagree, PT was banned because every green deck was running PT, it was simply the best thing to ramp into. Almost every green deck (that wasn't attempting a rapid combo win, although this could facilitate it) attempted a turn 3-4 PT to set up a solid lead above table or win within a turn or two as 2 lands, plus often one attack was a big lead. It was to quote others, 99 cards + PT if you were playing green. The ubiquity, even without the frequency of clone effects was the issue. The fact clones were played had no bearing on every green deck that could playing it. No other card truly has this issue and from experience at the time it made playing green/white/x or green/blue/x more or less a consistent affair as tutoring ensured a similar start when PT was the first tutor target. I would love to run it in Titania, but I recognise allowing it would stifle the format in creativity.
Currently it's a bit more streamlined, I ruled against Ob Nixilis planeswalker and Necromantic Selection, but did include a better mana base and Ill-Gotten Gains. I am currently considering! Cruel Tutor, Baleful Force, Buried Ruin, Soul of Innistrad, and Xiao Dun, the One-Eyed.
Feedback or thoughts on general are welcome, I will try respond and justify my decision to consider or exclude following the suggestion.
