I have a question, if you cast both sides at the same time. Is that 1 card with 2 abilities or 2 cards cast at the same time?
My interpretation is that fuse allows you to cast both halves. This means that you cast each independently of one another at the same time, so you order them as you choose (though from what I can tell with the current cards, you should resolve the left half first, then the right to get full potential out of it).
p1p1: This is probably correct. Leave yourself open to boros and orzhov. Notice the call of the nightwing and the kingpins pet.
p1p2: Knight over Blind as you said. Probably fine.
p1p7: Call of the Nightwing over Ruffian: Let me tell you that this card is INSANE, especially with extort.
p1p9: Call of the Nightwing (!) over Shadow Alley: So the best dimir card in your opening pack wheeled. This is a clear sign you should be Esper.
p2p1: One Thousand lashes over pet: On color removal is really really good.
Everything else is fine.
I personally would have been Esper, especially with the 2 call of the nightwings you were passed, and the hands of binding in pack 3. But congrats on winning. The deck looks solid.
GregarFalzar : Decent card. Balanced, and powerful.
void_nothing : Wierd second ability, but its ok.
Ninja Caterpie: AFK D:
Rhand : Nice artifact. The second ability might be a little powerful for 2 mana.
Moss_Elemental : Quite the powerful equipment. Might be a little forced in the flavor, but its good overall.
foointherain : Pretty niche card, I would say. So cycling, bloodrush, and channel are free? I am surprised that something like this

I like these designs, but they should probably be at rare. =/ Your flavor text is highly amusing though.
Adding a slight addition to murder doesn't make it rare.

The parallelism with these cards is nice. I'm sad about their asymmetrical multicolored costs, though.
With Dimir+Orzhov (black centric), you can't NOT have those mana costs.
Quote from legend »
The mana symbols are in the wrong order. The flavor text is awesome. The names are bad though. Yes, they each cripple an opponent, but they also benefit the caster and outright destroy a creature. Both cards are Murder plus an effect. Interrogation is Murder + Unhinge, so while it’s probably fine overall, there’s nothing blue about it. Which isn’t a big deal considering even WotC tags on colored mana for no reason other than flavor. Taxation is over the top. I’m looking at other cards that cause loss of 3 life alone and this easily tops them all due to the life gain. I don’t think it’s a bad idea, just too good. WB and lose 1 gain 1 would have been fine in light of Extort. The pair reflects each other well. The cards mirror each other and reflect the natures of their respective guilds and even their colors.
After looking at the WB one, and thinking what you said, I agree that the life drain is probably too good with that much, though Drain 1 life definitely makes it weaker than the other one. Drain 2 might been more along the lines of uncommon. Right now, its along the power level of Punish Ignorace.
Positive and Negative Feedback:
The overall powerlevel of both cards are pretty high, considering that they also trigger off your opponent's creatures too. I would probably say these are rare, but I am not sure. Nice symmetry, though.
Dementia Scourge and Delerium Scourge:
Evasive 3/3's for 5 fit the bill for uncommons, and the added abilities are nice. Might be a little pushed on the red one, though. Hymn to Tourach on death is pretty steep for a price. Probably should have been 1 card.
Rubblebelt Savant and Zameck Savant:
I can't really judge these cards since they dont have P/T. <_< **Edit: Looks at Pictures. Ah, they are 2/1's. Put that in the text too, next time.
Both cards are decent enough. Akin to the guildmages + the Denizens, I could see these in print. Not bad.
Corona Reader and Abyssal Prophet:
Both cards are fine, and have the inherent problem of being creatures that require instant/sorceries to be good. A little weak, in my opinion, but not terrible.

Ok, so I kind of see where you are going with this. Trample is very good evasion for both guilds due to P/T increases. The connection is a little thin, in my opinion. Overall, though, the card is fine. 7.5/10
So a 1/3 Evolve for 3 is on par with common level, but I feel the second ability is too forced. 7/10
Tokens for Selesnya, and the different P/T for evolve. Not bad, but the choice might put this into uncommon range, even though each individual choice is subpar for 3 mana. 9/10
Not sure how powerful this could be. With something like Heroes Remembered or Martyr of sands, this could be pretty big. Its similar to Miming Slime, though more likely to be smaller. It works with both guilds, which is a plus, but requires a lot more work. 8/10
This is too powerful to be a common, in my opinion. Does work with both mechanics, though. 6/10
The haunt connection is weak at best, but the cipher connection is there. Overall, the power level is fine, but the sacrifice ability could be more powerful (Gravedigger was a common) 8/10
As underpowered this effect is, a Panglacial Wurm effect shouldn't appear at common, I feel. The synergies are there, though. 7/10
Ivy Lane Denizen's effect won't go on the stack until Zegana is already on the battlefield, at which point her +1/+1 counters will already be on her. If your Ivy Lane Denizen has, say, 3 +1/+1 counters on it and is your largest creature, your Zegana will enter with 5 +1/+1 counters. No matter how you stack her ETB trigger and Ivy Lane's trigger, you'll end up with another +1/+1 counter on the Denizen (making it a 6/7), and you'll draw 6 cards as your Zegana will have 5 +1/+1 counters (making her a 6/6).
When Zegana enters the battlefield, two seperate triggers will happen (Zegana, and Denizen). Since they both triggered off the same state change, you can then put them on the stack any way you choose. So if you put Zegana's ability, then Denizen's ability, Denizen's will resolve first. You can then put another counter on Zegana. After which, Zegana's ability will trigger, which will look at what her current power is at the time of resolution. Because you put the counter on her, you draw an extra card.
