Card seems decent. 3/3 for 3 is already good stats, and the flicker effect that can be used on any creature is sweet. Kills hangarback walker for days.
So in decks that run this, do you play truths or read the bones in standard? One is obviously better in a vacuum (truths), and the other works with this card. Some split, or is it not necessary to run bones when you have duress, fiery impulse, crackling doom and kolaghan's command for targets?
EDIT: Wow... beck // call flashbacked with this goblin is nuts
Fuse says "from hand". That is unfortunate, but you can still do kicker and other optional additonal costs.
you need to play it differently ... first play Beck from beck // call,
then play the goblins and draw a card (or more correct, put that on the stack),
then use the Effect of the goblins to play Call from beck // call
which you gain four creatures and draw four cards.
I don't think this work.
708.2a If a player casts a split card without using fuse, that player chooses which half of that split card he or she is casting before putting it onto the stack. Only that half is evaluated to see if it can be cast. Only that half is considered to be put onto the stack.
Goblin Dark-dwellers specifies that the spell must have a CMC of 3 or less, so when attempting to cast it, it will do a CMC check, at which point "Call" will be evaluated as having a CMC of 6.
From the gatherer rulings of isochron scepter, when you cast a split card, you choose which side of the split card you cast. Since beck//call returns both 2 AND 6, it can be targeted by the goblins ability. But it doesn't say which side of the split card you have to cast (unlike snapcaster, which requires you to pay the cost of the side you want to play), just that you may now cast that spell from your graveyard without paying its cost. The restriction is on the target. There is no "CMC check" on casting the spell.
Kvelle is a location within Svalverden. Its a gigantic open icy prairie on top of a plateau, and home to several settled tribes of humans. The tribes on the plateau are mostly attuned to white mana and green mana.

So its Dungeon Geists with and extra power and an extra clause that makes it harder to kill, for an extra mana. Not bad. Will definitely be good in limited. In constructed, I might see it as a one of in the top end of blue aggro is that ever picks up.

Neither Containment Priest or Song of the Dryads will do anything to a card that it comes in off show and tell with. Song can only hit cards that were already in play, not those coming in at the same time, and Containment Priest's replacement effect doesn't do anything until she's in play.
Not true.
Containment priest can be flashed in response to SnT.
Song of dryads, since its an aura, you have to attach it to a valid permanent when state-based actions are checked, which is after the spell is resolved and song of the dryads and the opponent's card are already in play. It works since the card is not cast, which requires a valid target to already be in play.
Opponent controls a liquimetal coating and an untapped plains (and 6 other lands, all tapped)
Opponent targets Colonnade with the ability from Liquimetal coating. After liquimetal coating's ability resolves, you animate colonnade to turn it into a creature. After it has been turned into a creature, opponent attempts to path to exile the Colonnade. Does Kira's ability trigger to protect it?
Also of note that is has 4 toughness. This dodges all non-kill/non-wrath removal, including bile blight and anger of the gods and lightning strike (sans mizzium mortars)
This card is really good. A 2/4 for 3 is already decent, but adding incremental card advantage makes this awesome.
