2 typically you go off the turn you cast prosh, so if that spell would be targetting prosh you would also need a way to give him haste. but again, this deck does not win by attacking. this deck wins by resolving the god of the forge, accruing 10 storm count, and then resolving empty the warrens, back up plan being resolving tendrils of agony with 20 storm count.
Is this true? I have been goldfishing this deck and plan to purchase soon and I commonly cast prossh then go off the next turn, am I playing it wrong?
I know you have been playing this a very long time, but I can't help but wonder if Snapcaster Mage deserves a slot in this deck, Also would you suggest running Temporal Mastery in place of or even alongside Temporal Manipulation due to availability? I can see it being amazing with Mystical Tutor, on the other hand I can see it just being too expensive to cast.
Also, make sure to click on the link at the bottom of the OP. That represents my 1v1 list that I have been using for dueling purposes. It has quite a few dedicated 1v1 slots that shore up a number of matchups.
Is there a link to the most up to date list for multiplayer or is that the list from the OP? I want to sleeve this up and try it out for myself.
I don't think you need to run 4x Trinket Mage AND 4x Stoneforge Mystic, especially when you have a limited amount of targets for the Mystic. I would highly suggest getting the Hawks back in there somehow. I also think having a few other trinkets for Mage would be great (Elixir of Immortality - think infinite Squadron Hawks - and Brittle Effigy for instance...)
Also, I think Preordain would be better as either See Beyond or Riddlesmith - this way you get the benefit of card draw, and the ability to pitch an Argentum Armor if you have the misfortune of one being in your hand early on.
I'm very curious about the U/W version of the deck, so please continue to post your findings. Good luck.
@DimeCollectoR Trinket Mage is so good and I was fully planning on Brittle Effigy in my SB, as for 4 copies of Stoneforge I hate to do it too but theres always those games where you just can't find a quest and have to Stoneforge up and Outfitter for game..or worse hardcast and hard equip armor, lol
Trinket Mage is basically 2 Quest counters guaranteed, though I did have to reluctantly cut Squadron Hawks. Preordain is also amazing the curve in this deck is so low you can almost always preordain into another quest counter.
The blue also allows you to have Unified Will as a catch all sideboard counter, though I'm still testing other cards for sideboard slots.
I wish I could fit Squadron Hawks in though.
What is the best way to ensure your equipped guy gets to crush some skull? I know you can't really respond to the sac of quest but can you declare attack step, sac, equip, then swing unmolested due to you still having priority? Unless I have this wrong you can still at least vindicate a permanent, right?

I'm testing something with Beacon of Tomorrows, Time Warp, Temporal Mastery, Walk The Aeons, Time Stretch and Acquire, Bribery, Knowledge Exploitation, Blatant Thievery
