So you can return creatures your opponents control back under whose control?
I thought originally under it's owner's control, but wouldn't it be more flavorfull that it returns under the control of the one who bails out the creature?
With all the talk that Wrath may get axed, what would be a good substitute?
I think if they go for flavor, a Prison would fit nicely:
Aether Prison2WW
Enchantment
When Aether Prison enters the battlefield, exile all creatures.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player may pay 3 or W. If he does, he may return a creature exiled with Aether Prison to the battlefield. WWW: Exile target creature. (maybe with some condition...like tapped creature if it's too powerful)
"Just hope your bail comes in soon my friend."
Taxing, board sweeper, but only temporal, all in one flavorfull package.
With Wall of Bone and Drudge Skeletons confirmied in 2010, Death Baron recently printed, and the new Vampire lord, anyone think these 3 tribes will get much play?
Mike Flores's article mentioned it today, so no, that isn't it.
Any guesses?

I actually think Final Judgement @ ***'s cost is broken,

Your ideas?
Kamigawa did it. Skeletons and Vampires havent been proper tribes yet.
I plan on doing a 3 way tribal with them.
