Long story short, yes you can search for Emrakul. Note that you're not casting him, so you won't get an extra turn.
In Inn/Scars standard I believe you could goldfish a turn 1 kill with a 6-7 card combo. Chancellor of the Tangle & Mox Opal made it possible. Now I believe the absolute fastest kills are all T3, such as Pilgrim, Ethereal Armorx3, Ethereal Armor Rancor, swing for 23 trample T3.
The one you're thinking of is Chancellor of the 1/1 Goblin, then you go Swamp, Tainted Strike and 4 Mutagenic Growth. Fun concept but good luck with that!
How have the sac (mark of mutiny) lists been testing for people? Tempted to test it a little bit, but I now despise seeing lists with no sign in bloods...
They look pretty greedy to me but I haven't tested.
I don't like Vexing Devil because you sometime do have to get there without red. I like to use as few red cards as possible because it's inevitable that sometimes they will be dead cards.
Bump In The Night is amazing. You have to hold it as long as possible. Gives you more reach. You do have to side it out in some matchups. I often boarded it out when I was boarding in cards that slow me down anyway (Appetite+Slaughter combo is great).
I found myself boarding out Pillar (often just not enough to kill anything you care about) and Blood Artist (underwhelming in a some matchups). Appetite+Slaughter is almost always better, but game 1 you don't really know the deck (many are similar in this meta) so your plan is to just kill asap and find out what you need to prepare for game 2 and maybe game 3.
I don't get why dubstep artists (I don't even think they should be considered artists) attempt to dubstep everything.
You've been listening to the wrong dubstep. Check out James & Brittany Egbert's "Milky Way Wars". That's how it's done. Even if you're not into the track, you can't say there's no artistry there. Creative sound design, good vocals and lots of melody.
Amateur dubstep is completely terrible 99.9% of the time.
I don't get why it's okay that the pop radio version of Gotye's "Somebody That I Used To Know" is sped up and has a terrible beat added to it. It's not labeled as a remix or anything... it's as if label execs felt the song wouldn't sell as it originally was. Unfortunately, they were probably right.
I assume you're referring to the Mike D Remix a lot of stations are playing. Nothing to do with label execs, that remix is not commissioned or approved by the label at all, nor is it for sale anywhere... a lot of radio stations took it upon themselves to play this version over the original.
If you sacrifice the one that is being targeted, the Sphere's ability won't resolve because its only target is no longer valid. So nothing gets exiled.
As far as I know there is no card currently that could change the CMC of a spell as it's being cast. The only time CMC is different from what is printed on the actual physical card is when you copy a creature with a clone or something as CMC is a copiable characteristic(that means when you pod a clone away it's CMC will be that of whatever it was copying)
