I've created this deck for multiplayer, but I know my creatures are weak - besides adding more Ulamog's Crusher, what creatures would be better in a multiplayer environment?
The Pestilent Katharis and Faceless Butchers are in there to help counter the big green fatties that get played in my group pauper games.
The Cadaver Imp seems weak to me, but not sure what would be a better replacement.
I know this is an old thread, but wanted to post. My playgroup recently started playing pauper with no banned list (didn't play pauper before), and I've had great success with this deck, even when we play multiplayer:
Before the FTV: Legends deck came out I was thinking of building a Cao Cao deck, and now I finally have. It's meant for mono black control-ish multiplayer, and some of the cards are very specific to my metagame (eg. False Cure to counter the rampant Exsanguinates).
Are there any suggestions to make it more of a threat? I've thought of Bloodchief Ascension, but that just screams 'target me' as soon as it drops. I'd also like to add in Silent Specter but I'm not sure what to drop. Obvious cards like Unnerve were dropped due to space, but I'd love suggestions on what to take out (and why) for it or anything else.
Knautschke, I think how the cards are listed is a personal preference - my own is to have them sorted by type, not by function. I can see what the function is by looking at the card.
Penddragon, why have cards like Sundial of the Infinite, Hidetsugu's Second Rite and Leech Bonder? They seem like very corner case cards that could be cut. Look for cards that are better at being a threat instead of an answer, and cards that are repeatable.
Crumbling Necropolis is illegal in your deck since it has a red mana symbol in it. Cards in the deck can only have the colors of your general. Verdant Catacombs and cards like that are legal on the other hand, since they say 'forest' but don't have a green mana symbol on them.
Cards like Lotus Petal are weak in EDH since it's a one use effect for only one mana. Consider something like Darksteel Ingot instead, which is good since it will tap for blue or black, and is indestructable.
As suggested, Living Death is also a card you'll want to consider.
You might not have enough sac outlets, but Corpse Dance would be great if you could sac the creature before end of turn; and the buyback makes it better (perhaps Ashnod's Altar to help offset the buyback cost? Forbid is also great due to buyback, and if you have good recursion it can be worth discarding the cards for it.
Why only one each of snow-covered swamp and snow-covered forest? They count as basic lands in the format, so you could do all snow-covered, or none - I don't see how it interacts with anything in your deck, but maybe I'm missing something.
Why do you have Bitterblossom in this deck? You have a lot of token generators which is fine, but there's no token subtheme among the other cards (eg. the way b/g wurm tokens from Creakwood Liege work well with Savra, Queen of the Golgari). Bitterblossom is not getting you much for the life cost in this deck.
I understand having Avenger of Zendikar and Grave Titan just because they are very good. The Bitterblossom could come out for ramp or No Mercy or something.
Have you considered Vigor as a creature? I don't see him run very much on decklists here (but then again I haven't been on in a while) - he seems like a beast in any deck with green and creatures.
One card you should definitely consider is Blood Speaker. This guy is an awesome recurrable tutor in a demon deck, and has always been an all-star in my Ob Nixilis, the Fallen demon tribal deck.
After playing a few times, Living Death was a fantastic solution - especially after drawing a lot of cards with Decree of Pain and having to discard 10+ cards...
I've updated the list in the OP to the current list.
I'm also looking forward to Praetor's Counsel from Mirrodin Besieged. Too bad it's a mythic!
How do you figure there's synergy with Faceless Butcher?
The Pestilent Katharis and Faceless Butchers are in there to help counter the big green fatties that get played in my group pauper games.
The Cadaver Imp seems weak to me, but not sure what would be a better replacement.
Thanks for any suggestions!

The Tidehollow Strix and Typhoid Rats are great protection from other creatures, especially when they have first strike.
Win conditions can be any creature, but specifically are the Ichorclaw Myr and Trespassing Souleater.
Went with Terror instead of Doomblade to prevent regeneration; mono-green beatdown (with Tanglesap and pump spells) run rampant in my group.
Any thoughts?

Dark Ritual and Seething Song are one-time use cards, but Darksteel Ingot is much more permanent, even if it doesn't get you as much mana at one time.
Welcome to EDH
Just a couple of comments about your deck:
Crumbling Necropolis is illegal in your deck since it has a red mana symbol in it. Cards in the deck can only have the colors of your general. Verdant Catacombs and cards like that are legal on the other hand, since they say 'forest' but don't have a green mana symbol on them.

Otherwise, seems like an interesting deck!
Bone Dancer can be awesome if he connects with an opponent
Go for the Throat or Victim of Night instead of Hideous End - both are less restrictive than 'non-black creature', and the life loss doesn't matter that much.
As suggested, Living Death is also a card you'll want to consider.
You might not have enough sac outlets, but Corpse Dance would be great if you could sac the creature before end of turn; and the buyback makes it better (perhaps Ashnod's Altar to help offset the buyback cost? (Of course it is defeated by a wrath, but then again so is everything that's not indestructible).
I understand having Avenger of Zendikar and Grave Titan just because they are very good. The Bitterblossom could come out for ramp or No Mercy or something.
Another suggestion, Mistform Warchief - can make your guys cheaper.
