Creature - Octopus Skelton t: Regenrate ~
1/4 The lack of bones makes no difrence to the outcome. all that is needed is to harden the flesh. a little esance of baslisk venom mixed with cow saliva does the trick

Choose one- Take two extra turns after this one. At the end of the second turn, you lose the game; or remove all creatures from the game with one time counter on each. If they don't have suspend, they gain suspend.

Reign of Terror 4BBB
Enchantment
When Reign of Terror comes into play, destroy all creatures. They can't be regenerated.
Discard a card from your hand: Put target creature card from a graveyard into play under your control. You lose 3 life.
A bit off-topic, but am I the only one who is disappointed that Platinum Angel didn't get new art. I was really looking forward to seeing something new for it.
Anyways, back on-topic. I didn't really play competitively back during the Kamigawa block, so I can't say much about Twincast. But it seems pretty solid, and I could see it being put into some control decks I suppose.
Pardon my stupidity in asking this, but where are we getting "birds is back! birds is in 10th!" from. I saw nothing on Wizards recently to indicate this o-o

Spell Devourer :2mana::symu::symb:
Creature - Zombie Wizard (Rare)
You may play Spell Devourer any time you could play an instant.
When Spell Devourer comes into play, counter target spell. Search that spell's controller's graveyard, hand, and library for all cards with the same name as the countered spell and remove them from the game. Then that player shuffles his or her library. Its meal? For all you know, it maybe you. 1/2

Wait a sec - isn't Grapeshot strictly superior to Scattershot ?
Yes and no. Scattershot is an instant, so you can play it on your opponents turn and smash a creature after they play a couple of their spells. Its just that Grapeshot is only a Sorcery and it can hit a player as well (Which is a plus in my book.)
Q: Having never been there myself, all I have to go on is my trusty atlas and encyclopedia. However, I'm pretty sure Mount Everest is a real place. Therefore, your card decidedly does not fit the theme. So points off for that. Also, the second ability should have the counter removal should be part of the effect rather than the cost: <cost>: Remove a hiking counter from a creature you control. Put three +1/+1 counters on that creature and it gains basic landwalk. (This ability doesn't end at end of turn). Also, the supertype is just Snow, not Snow-covered.
Summary: Decent card, but definitely not fictional.
Ahh, my mistake. I failed to read thoroughly and catch the "fictional" part of the theme. I just saw the well-known person, place or thing. Haha, guess I'll read it better next time. :p. Good luck to all in the next coming rounds.
Mount Everest
Snow-Covered Legendary Land (Rare)
When Mount Everest comes into play, distribute two hiking counters among any number of target creatures you control. Creatures with hiking counters can't attack or block.

And I must say, sounds like the final round will be interesting. Hope I make it that far.
Oh, and In.
Hmm...since Uncle Istvan is a Human, and Ali Baba is a err...Ali Baba, I guess the creature types would be Human Ali Baba. lol.

Newest Inquest shows alot of 10th edition cards. BoP being one of them.
And to not go offtopic, im not bothered about BoP coming back. I always thought of them as a staple in Core Sets anyways.

Good Luck.
EDIT: Almost forgot flavor text. And also added a link about Mount Everest.
EDIT #2: After some research, I found out that it should be a Snow-Covered Legendary Land. So, post and render updated.
