In general, 4 mana artifact with "T: Draw a card" would be very strong to begin with and this lets you get the specific card you need at that moment plus has an extra triggered ability that draws another card when you activate the first ability.
Putting the spellbook list on the back is a creative solution, but the power level on this ability is still much higher than on arena since the arena spellbooks give you something random rather letting you choose from the whole book.
The search it not random enough and shouldn't be able to get equal mana value and, if the 1 MV is important to you, make the draw a rummage instead. I'd suggest this:
Shim's Casino R
Legendary Enchantment
Whenever a nonland, nontoken permanent enters the battlefield under your control, flip three coins. If you lose every flip, sacrifice that permanent. If you win one or more, create a tapped treasure token. If you win two or more, discard a card and then draw a card. If you win three or more, reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a non-land permanent card with less mana value and put it onto the battlefield. Put the rest of the cards revealed this way on the bottom of your library in a random order.
I wonder if these wouldn't be more interesting as 5/5 and backup 2. These currently pretty much only incentivize targeting another creature with the backup ability, but if the titan has a smaller base then the counters are more relevant to maximizing its attack triggers in the rest of the game.
The abilities are also a bit pushed for the costing and p/t. Probably needs to be mana value 7 instead of 6.
1) Reap, you have been given reasonable and consistent feedback on your card and responded almost completely with meaningless jargon. If you are not interesting in learning, improving and iterating you design, simply do not reply.
2) "The comp rules should be edited" isn't an acceptable argument in favor of imprecise card wording. You have been warned about this before.

Your text is to broad and doesn’t explain how the ability actually works, as user pointed out. “Counts as” is subjective and creates many corner cases that aren’t addressed in the card text.
Further, if exiled cards “count as being in your hand”, there are any number of cards that result in infinite mana, such as simian spirit guide or food chain, other loops like with psychatog, and any effect that like leyline of the void that exiled cards from the graveyard means you can infinity recast the same spells over and over.
Erebos' activated ability shouldn't be able to cast non-creature spells as black can get back creatures from the GY, but other things are out of color pie.
Erebos having a second color in its activated ability seems out of place, when every other one works fully without also needing access to the other color of mana.
Nylea's repeatable Naturalize is probably too easy to trigger.
The tracking of this is too much trouble for very little actual payoff, not unlike mana burn being a cool flavorful idea but not being worth the trouble.

I kinda want it to have some related discount to equip or bonus to creatures equipped with these equipment

Definitely needs a “this cannot block” though

Also, with the way you have templated the power/toughness ability, the card should be a 0/0 rather than a */*.
