Yavimaya Guide -- 1GG
Creature -- Elf Scout (C)
When Yavimaya Guide enters the battlefield, reveal the top four cards of your library. Put all Forest cards revealed this way into your hand and the rest into your graveyard.
2/2
Selesnya Lookout - GW
Creature -- Bird Scout (U)
Flying
Whenever Hawk Lookout attacks, spells your opponents play cost 2 more until end of turn.
2/2
Phyrexian Scout -- 1BB
Creature -- Minion Scout (U)
Intimidate
Whenever Phyrexian Scout attacks, look at the defending player's hand.
Sacrifice Phyrexian Scout: Name a card. Target player reveals his or her hand and discards all cards with the same name as the named card. Activate this ability any time you could cast a sorcery.
1/1
So-called because it combines the structure of Magic with the rules of Dominion.
Rules:
1. Otherwise, the rules are the same as regular Magic.
2. At the beginning of the game, after play/draw is determined, each player draws 5 cards. Players may not mulligan.
3. During the cleanup phase, instead of discarding down to 7, discard your hand, then draw five cards. If you can't draw a card, shuffle your graveyard into your library and continue drawing. Discarding during cleanup doesn't trigger abilities, and drawing during cleanup only triggers abilities one time. If an effect of an ability wants the identity of a drawn card, or if a replacement effect would replace the draws, these abilities affect the first draw only.
4. If a spell or ability you control would put cards in an opponent's library into his or her graveyard, exile those cards instead.
5. If a player has no library and graveyard and tries to draw a card, that player loses the game.
Sunscorch Armor - 2RR
Enchantment -- Aura (U)
Enchant creature
Enchanted creature gets +4/+0 as long as it's red.
Whenever Sunscorch Armor becomes attached to a nonred creature, it deals 4 damage to that creature.
Somnolent Shores
Land (U)
Somnolent Shores comes into play tapped. T: Add WW, WU, or UU to your mana pool. Somnolent Shores doesn't untap during its controller's next untap step.
Demonic Plating - 1
Artifact -- Equipment (U)
Whenever Demonic Plating becomes equipped to a creature, sacrifice a creature.
Whenever you sacrifice a creature, the equipped creature gets +3/+3 until end of turn.
Equip 2
EDIT: Changed to get the sacrifice out of the cost. This should work, but is a little clunky.
Angelic Projector - 5
Artifact (U)
When Angelic Projector enters the battlefield, put a 4/4 white Angel creature with flying, vigilance, and "When Angelic Projector leaves the battlefield, sacrifice this creature." onto the battlefield.
I knew Urborg existed, but not Blanket of Night, although I'm not sure how the Rules people let it get away from having an Oracle wording that is functionally different from its printed wording. Urborg is too strong, Blanket of Night might be a tad too weak, maybe Blackest Moon is a happy medium?
I originally envisioned Moonlight Knight at rare, and I knew of Seasoned Marshal, but all three of those creatures are underwhelming. I was looking for something that white weenie might use at the top of its curve that could handle bigger (and tiny) creatures while staying in its realm of pie. I would rather get rid of the 1 damage than add an additional color to the card's casting cost, since the flavor of the card still comes through (it's a flavor-based card) without it.
FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF! I hate it when cards exist that I forgot about. The original idea was a land that had an ability that drew you a card if you had none in hand, but I changed it because it was too similar to Icram's Crown.
Also, it's a two card infinite combo with Seeker of Skybreak, but it hasn't been reprinted in a while. I wonder if there's a similar card in Standard?
Flamesnipe: When you shoot an arrow at an enemy, kill it, and get the arrow back. Would it work if it said:
"Flamesnipe deals 1 damage to target creature or player.
When a creature dies this turn, if it was dealt damage by a card named Flamesnipe, return a card named Flamesnipe from your graveyard to your hand."?
Daedric Chill: No mechanical flavor to Skyrim other than the use of the word Daedric in the name, although I envisioned it would weaken enemies slightly and use their strength to summon a Flame Atronach (thus the Elemental type) that exploded shortly after its summoning.
Advent: You could replace the lifegain with an effect summoning a Dremora Lord under an opponent's control with vanishing 3. I haven't fought many Dremora Lords, so I couldn't accurately depict them in creature token form.
Flamesnipe - R
Instant (C)
Flamesnipe deals 1 damage to target creature or player. When a creature damaged by Flamesnipe dies this turn, return Flamesnipe to its owner's hand.
Daedric Chill - 2BR
Sorcery (U)
Creatures opponents control get -1/-1 until end of turn. Put an X/X red Elemental creature token onto the battlefield with haste and trample, where X is the number of creatures opponents control. Sacrifice it at end of turn.
This card is unprintable, possibly even in silver bordered land, but I don't care.
Wabbajack - 6
Legendary Artifact -- Equipment (M)
Whenever equipped creature attacks, roll a 6 sided die. The effect depends on the result of the roll:
1: Exile target creature. Its controller reveals cards from the top of his or her library until he or she reveals a creature or artifact card. That player puts that card onto the battlefield and puts all other revealed cards on the bottom of his or her library.
2: Shuffle your library, then reveal cards from the top of it until you reveal an instant or sorcery card. You may cast that card without paying its mana cost. Put all other revealed cards on the bottom of your library.
3: Wabbajack deals 4 damage to target creature or player, and you gain 4 life.
4: You gain 8 life.
5: Draw four cards.
6: Search your library for Sheogorath, Daedric Prince of Madness and put it onto the battlefield under a random player's control. Shuffle your library.
Equip 4 "Now, you're asking yourself, can I use my swords and sneaking and spells and all that? Sure, sure...or you could use the Wabbajack!* - Sheogorath, Daedric Prince of Madness
Compare Bounty of Life to Angel's Mercy. It would probably have to cost four white mana in order to not have a higher cmc.
Wall of Life is not a rare, and would most likely have to be worded like that one creature in M13 that only gives you life for creatures that you control.
Jade's second ability would have to cost more, and it would still be a powerhouse in limited. Being able to do it four times after casting it is insane.
Donnybrook - 3RR
Enchantment (R)
At the beginning of each player's end step, that player sacrifices each creature without haste that didn't attack or enter the battlefield this turn that he or she controls.

Spellstash - 1U
Enchantment (R)
At the beginning of your upkeep, exile the top card of your library facedown.
When there are at least seven cards exiled by Spellstash, sacrifice it and put all cards exiled this way into your hand.
Corrupt Evocation - 3BB
Enchantment (R)
At the beginning of your upkeep, if you don't control any Angel creatures, pay 4 life. If you do, put a black 4/4 Angel creature token with flying onto the battlefield.
Gaea's Nurturing - 1GG
Enchantment (R)
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a +1/+1 counter on a creature you control. If you don't control any creatures, put a 1/1 green Saproling token onto the battlefield.

Enchantment (U)
All lands are Swamps in addition to their other types.
Moondust - 3W
Instant (C)
Exile target black or red creature. You gain life equal to its power.
Moonlight Knight - 1WW
Creature -- Spirit Knight (U)
First strike
Whenever Moonlight Knight attacks, it deals 1 damage to target creature. Tap that creature.
2/2
Also, it's a two card infinite combo with Seeker of Skybreak, but it hasn't been reprinted in a while. I wonder if there's a similar card in Standard?
Artifact (R)
3, T: Put your hand on the bottom of your library, then draw two cards.
Bountiful Exertion - 4GG
Enchantment (M)
Whenever a permanent you control becomes tapped, add one mana of any color to your mana pool.
Abandoned Library
Land (U)
T: Add 1 to your mana pool.
3, T: Draw a card, then discard a card.

The 2G 1/5 guy is just Vine Trellis with +1/+1. If you don't like Vine Trellis in the format, but still want a defender mana guy, this is fine.
EDIT: @Shadowfate - Oh, duh. I blame tiredness for my error.
Instant (C)
Flamesnipe deals 1 damage to target creature or player. When a creature damaged by Flamesnipe dies this turn, return Flamesnipe to its owner's hand.
