Except that blue, red, and black don't get 2/2s for 1C according to WOTC's stuffy logic. Black should cost BB, Red should cost RR, and Blue should cost 1UU. Otherwise, I think they're very good!
Super Mario - 1WW
Legendary Creature - Human Plumber
U: Super Mario gains flying until end of turn.
R: Super Mario deals 1 damage to target creature or player.
2/2
I don't care for it that much, since I don't really like this type of card. That being said, look for many prerelease-goers to get pissed at the infernal combination of mana screw and Uproot/Rootrunner. I'd rather play Plow Under in Constructed.
Raging Inferno - 1RR
Enchantment (R)
Cumulative Upkeep 1
Remove an age counter from Raging Inferno: Raging Inferno deals damage to target creature or player equal to the number of age counters on Raging Inferno.
Mind Storage - 2UU
Enchantment (R)
Cumulative Upkeep U
Remove an age counter from Raging Inferno: Draw X cards. X is the number of age counters on Mind Storage.
Symbol of Witchery - 1B
Enchantment (U)
Cumulative Upkeep B
Remove an age counter from Symbol of Witchery: Target creature gets -X/-X until end of turn. X is the number of age counters on Symbol of Witchery.
Healing Tank - 1WW
Enchantment (U)
Cumulative Upkeep W
Remove an age counter from Healing Tank: You gain 2 life for each age counter on Healing Tank.
Vitalizing Pool - 1GG
Enchantment (U)
Cumulative Upkeep 1
Remove an age counter from Vitalizing Pool: Target creature gets +X/+X until end of turn. X is the number of age counters on Vitalizing Pool.
I think it's sad to see people hating each other because of religion, the color of their skin, or the style of sex they wish to practice.
Off-topic, but related: I cannot see how homosexuals are hated for practices they carry on in private. I think the main difference between this and the black civil rights movement is that homosexuality is a lifestyle practice, and being black you get hereditarily. Still, due to the Constitution you should not be prevented from pursuing happiness.
You guys forget, blue is an integral part of the game, otherwise big creatures and gamebreaking spells run unchecked. I like the current state of permission, where you have to run a support color to deal with everything that runs under your counters.
1. Homelands - only one playable card Merchant Scroll
2. Prophecy - only one playable card Avatar of Woe
3. Legends - Although it was big on flavor, mana symbols were tossed around like aimlessly. The design in Legends was bad, although WOTC admits to Ice Age as being the first well-designed set.
Illusionary Orb: See Vedalken Orrery
Shift: See Shunt for the ability's current color and wording.
Barkshredder is very good. It might be too good. It's strictly better than Trained Armodon. Maybe 2GG?
I'd like Malgon Loner better if it were 3/2.
Forgotten Archipelago is a nice card. I hate having my stuff LD'd. I think it's strictly better than City of Brass, actually (Port can't make this land burn you)
Phalanx of the Staring Eye is a weird name but a nice card.
Shouldn't Destabilizer read:
Destabilizer. 5.
Artifact Creature -- Drone. 2/2.
Protection from white enchantments, blue instants, black, red sorceries, and green creatures.
Since those are the colors' signature card types, and any cycle involving black allows black any card so it's only fair to hose all of black this time.
Legendary Creature - Human Plumber
U: Super Mario gains flying until end of turn.
R: Super Mario deals 1 damage to target creature or player.
2/2
Next character: Sailor Moon
Raging Inferno - 1RR
Enchantment (R)
Cumulative Upkeep 1
Remove an age counter from Raging Inferno: Raging Inferno deals damage to target creature or player equal to the number of age counters on Raging Inferno.
Mind Storage - 2UU
Enchantment (R)
Cumulative Upkeep U
Remove an age counter from Raging Inferno: Draw X cards. X is the number of age counters on Mind Storage.
Symbol of Witchery - 1B
Enchantment (U)
Cumulative Upkeep B
Remove an age counter from Symbol of Witchery: Target creature gets -X/-X until end of turn. X is the number of age counters on Symbol of Witchery.
Healing Tank - 1WW
Enchantment (U)
Cumulative Upkeep W
Remove an age counter from Healing Tank: You gain 2 life for each age counter on Healing Tank.
Vitalizing Pool - 1GG
Enchantment (U)
Cumulative Upkeep 1
Remove an age counter from Vitalizing Pool: Target creature gets +X/+X until end of turn. X is the number of age counters on Vitalizing Pool.

Lightning Bolt > Chain Lightning
Helm of Power - Imagine the degeneracy of T1.
Flaming Sword and Chilling Sword - Taking apart a Sword of Fire and Ice? Give me both.
Konda's Mysterious Blade is too sexy, if you know what I mean.
Insane Violence - See Furnace of Rath for wording.
Neo-Lands - Crap rares. (Which isn't a bad thing, except for the poor soul opening the pack. Every set has to have crap rares.)
2. Prophecy - only one playable card Avatar of Woe
3. Legends - Although it was big on flavor, mana symbols were tossed around like aimlessly. The design in Legends was bad, although WOTC admits to Ice Age as being the first well-designed set.
Generally, bland sets are worse than broken sets.
