White is really the only section you should add him to. Think about it. We don't play Flame Javelin or Spectral Procession in the colorless section. We play them in there respective mono colored section.
True, but those are bit different, without white/red mana it's more difficult to play those spells. In the case of this guy it's easier to pay the alternative cost (of 2 life). I'm not saying it's right to put it into the artifact section, but I don't think you can compare it to the Shadowmoor spells.
I like Viridian Emissary for rock decks, which is why I'm testing the card out. Early pressure and a way to ramp into your big stuff seems legit. Didn't notice lead the stampede as a cubable card, but that makes sense. Two card you didn't list that I like are vedalken anatomist and nested ghoul. Also looking forward to testing the living weapon cards.
I'm running 4 of each for multicolored as well. I think it really makes the drafts more interesting (not to mention making Guardian of Guildpact a complete beast).
Was the decision to replace Sleep with Narcolepsy to give blue another 'removal' spell? Also, I like the Perilous Myr add.
I think reclamation is ridiculously powerful for an uncommon. That and Shriekmaw or Boneshredder is probably as good (ok, this might be a stretch) as having Crystal Shard out.
Also, emerged unscathed only targets your creatures, so stopping auras equipped to your opponents creatures doesn't work ( if that was what was being implied ).

Agreed that living weapon is a good idea, but the preview card really doesn't cut it. Really needed to Equip for 1.
A random question: Is the sacrifice part of evoke something you can Stifle?
Thanks!

I've seen this combo before (Bloodghast + Perilous Forays, and it's nuts!
My favorite would have to be Skullclamp cuz I love clamping tokens.
