this is a confusing card and i'm looking for some clairfication. the lack of the word target in Nivmagus Elemental led to issues at the prerelease.
when an instant or sorc is on the stack i can exile it and add counters, a good combat trick especailly as responding to others.
the question however is about the graveyard, since there is no important word "target" can you exile an instant or sorc from your own graveyard to give it counters?
as i understand it, i control my graveyard, therefore i can do this, however others say no, if it said target you contol then i can say yes its not the graveyard, but without a target it seems like i can exile a card from the graveyard
now when i first read that i thought that it was "these will be in the pack" and i decided to switch guilds as a rare i need 4 of is nivmagus elemental. since its not a guarentee i will stick with rakdos
I dont think we have nearly enough info to start a crunch. what you can do is get the template ready
ie
#. (A/C/L/PW/E/S/I) (C/U/R/M) (WUBRG) (Name) (artist)
hey guys, i have seen tcg buddy and i'm wondering if there are other magic related apps for the ipod touch. say a full card look up program with oracle wording?
ok so looking thru the tread
we do not know the release date
we do not know the official size of the set
and we only know the 5 basic lands which based on previous base sets will have 20 slots given to basic lands
following the 2 yea rule it should be released this summer and even that isn't confirmed. great goddess wotc must be beyond pleased at the LACK of information we have!
i think speculation is the place for this, though i did consider the mill. What do we know about 11th so far?i have been googling, and i can't find alot, its due this summer, heavy rumor says that the shock lands will be in it, thats all i can find, does anyone have confirmed info?
i'm not too upset by this at all. the walkers are powerful and rare, walkers have neer been all that common in magic lore i see no reason for them to be so now that they are a card type, i also see no reason for them to be in cycles of 5. there is no reason fthere should not be gold walkers, nor is there a reason that if they stay mono for there to be 5 each time they come around. i can see sets where the walker that shows up is red and only 1 for the set, i can see where they might do only 2 blue walkers and no others. walkers need to be done on a flavor basis more then on a cycle basis. if the storyline needs a walker they you can have one. and the odd 1 or 2 showing uo as "just passing though" is reason enough to have 1 or 2 per block
on the otherhand this card is not as good as i thought if this is true
