When I counter a fused split card (say counterspell on a fused catch // release ). Does the counterspell counter the entire thing or can I only counter one half?
Also, if I were to name a split card or half of one with a conspiracy (say Brago's Favor or Double Stroke), would the bonus apply to either half, both, or only when not fused? How does the interaction between conspiracies and split cards work?
Say I activate Intet the Dreamer's ability, and the card I exile face down is a card with morph (for the sake of the example let's say Fortune Thief). Can I cast the face down Fortune Thief as a morph creature? Or do I have to cast it as a face up Fortune Thief?
If I put a copy of Urabrask the Hidden onto the battlefield from the resolution of Warp World, do all of my opponent's creatures they revealed from warp world come into play tapped?
If I cause a creature that entered the battlefield with Impromptu Raid to leave the battlefield (for example with Restoration Angel or Legion's Initiative), do I no longer have to sacrifice that creature when it re enters?
Does Heartless Summoning reduce the cost of bestow, for example on Nyxborn Triton? Does the fact that when using the bestow cost the spell is technically an aura make it not work?
Would Kurgadon still trigger off of a a creature whose cost was originally above six, but has been reduced to below that like Ghoultree or Marshmist Titan?
Say I cast a Warp World, and among the permanents I reveal after shuffling are a Khalni Heart Expedition and Zektar Shrine Expedition. Would either of those enchantments' landfall abilities trigger? I'm inclined to believe they don't since enchantments come in after all the other permanent types, but at the same time, enchantments enter as part of warp world's resolution too, would "lands entering" only be checked after the spell is finished resolving?
Say I cipher a Stolen Identity onto a Dimir Keyrune. Once the keyrune is no longer a creature, does the ciphered card "fall off" or can i still get a copy of the ciphered card when I attack with the keyrune next turn?
Walker of Secret Ways is pretty sweet. It (and all your ninjas) also combo with Dire Undercurrents, which would be another neat card to add. The Walker also gives you ninjutsu gas to bounce your Abyssal Persecutors when you need to.
You could probably drop the four Ornnithopters for something a little more all-around useful. Signal Pest also feels a little underwhelming as far as cheap evasive creatures go. I'd recommend trying guys like Looter-il Kor.
Explorer's Scope is a nice way to ramp in a deck like this and clear the lands off the top of your deck so you can draw good stuff. It also triggers on the attack instead of damage, so you can attack with the equipped guy and then ninjutsu him if he isn't blocked and still get the full benefit.
Ogre Marauder is a really solid beater and also fits really well with ninjutsu.
If I remember correctly according to the online comics that wizards use to do; Venser never brought his planar traveling ship due to it being unfinished and also due to Koth forcing him to leave for new phyrexia. So how could they now how to get to other planes unless wizards says that its encoded in the oil. Also can someone show me a link to the article that says that they are trying to use the soultrap.
It talks about it in the Planeswalker's Guide to New Phyrexia.
Specifically it's some of the researchers under Jin-Gitaxias
"Metatects. These workers study the nature of the æther itself, but they also conduct research into the mechanics of mana, summoning, and spellcasting. Prrackx was one of the higher-ranking metatect pontiffs. Another high-ranking metatect, Vrig, unearthed remnants of Memnarch's soul-traps and is driven to reverse-engineer them"
The one thing I'm concrned about is if I don't draw Fires that Lead the Stampede would become a dead card.
I wouldn't quite consider it dead if you don't draw fires. It still can give you a bunch of creatures to work with should you find yourself in that position.
Another possible option is Commune with the Gods, this way you can either grab a creature or Fires or even Saproling Burst. The only downside is that it grabs one card and puts the rest in your graveyard.

Another cool side is the Dimir aspect of stealing your opponent's stuff. Along that line we've got cards like Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver, Nightveil Specter, Silent-Blade Oni, Havengul Lich, Mindleech Mass, Psychic Intrusion, and Geth, Lord of the Vault. You could play them with cards like Telepathy so you always know which opponent is the best to steal things from.
Dimir Doppelganger and Evil Twin could be the start of a really cool clone deck that steals and kills your opponent's best creatures.
Oona, Queen of the Fae and Dire Undercurrents create a pretty nasty and powerful combo. You'd just need to add more cards that make lots of blue/black creatures (like Lich Lord of Unx) or recur the same one over and over again (like Mortus Strider). You could also go a mill route using Oona too.

It's a little small-time, but Sai of the Shinobi has neat synergy with your ninjas. Same goes for Ronin Warclub.
I second adding Throat Slitter, he's another really good ninja.
Also, do the copies of the ability from Illusionist's Bracers count toward the three?
It talks about it in the Planeswalker's Guide to New Phyrexia.
