Their access to information (and the implementation thereof) make them seem really anticompetitive in releasing this app. As developer for a life tracker app, it seems pointless to even considering competing in this market anymore considering how much of a leg up Magic: the Gathering Toolbox has. Access to stores, events, and a considerable advantage in getting updates for their card search tool delivered. Thanks, WotC, thanks.
I guess the rest of you will be satisfied, so I suppose as long as the majority wins...
To celebrate Halloween, participating FNMs will have various decorations including these limited edition M&Ms featuring the symbol of Avacyn on one side.
Not really. Look at the history of the singles from the From the Vault series: when their respective FTV came out, they dropped in price drastically. Now, they are back to normal. If anything, this will cause a temporary fluctuation in the price.
I think this is a very novel approach to the Kiki-Jiki combo, especially considering you can have a shrouded Skill Borrower while going off. I might recommend a Qsali Pridemage or two as one of the main weaknesses is going to be Pithing Needle. I would actually increase the count of Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker and throw in more spells with Scry to decrease your reliance of Congregation at Dawn. Potentail spells with Scry that I would consider including would be Condescend and Judge Unworthy.
I have searched up and down and cannot seem to find a proxy generator that doesn't generate images but simple text boxes, kind of like how DeckStats.net used too. Anybody know a utility that does this?
I believe a white and blue splash to be possible. Previous Urzatron style decks did these with the aforementioned Ravnica guild signets. They may seem slow, but really they can enable you to play some really powerful control spells around turn three and four.
Plus, the Urza lands aren't going to be able to make up your entire mana base. This deck is going to have to play other lands. Personally, I recommend a few fetches to thin these out, a few shocks, one or two manlands, one or two utility lands, and then about three to four basic lands. The manlands and the utility lands as one-ofs will be really useful with the Realms Uncharted / Life from the Loam package and you need just a few basics in case of Ghost Quarters.
I highly recommend the Urza lands because you can always including the Life from the Loam / Realms Uncharted package. It will help you fight Ghost Quarters and Boom/Busts as well as generate needed card advantage and set up the kind of board position you need to lay down your lock.
I could see it in a dredge shell. Getting one or both into the grave, then bringing them back.
That is actually already a win condition in some Dredge decks. Besides, Dredge is really risky because it is always tough to tell if your meta is going to pack graveyard hate in the sideboard, and right now with Living End it is almost a guarantee they will be.
Unfortunately, the last time I saw this deck actually come close to working was in Extended that Was using Cloudpost + Vesuva. You might be able to get it working using some kind of Urzatron shell and Ravnica Guild mana artifacts. If you went that route, I'd look into a UWG control suite. Blue for the counter magic, white for the removal, and green to get your Urza lands in place.
Good luck!

It could be, actually. Hold onto this point for when they reveal the name

I will work on a deck list tonight so that we can begin putting this deck together.
