I ised the latest spoiler in my freshly installed MWS (I reinstalled to make sure everything was ok [I lost all my decks by accidentally deleting them along the way]) and now it won't let me use decks with M11 to play. it just comes up with a box like between matches where you side things or load decks.

Any ideas on how to avoid it?

If you get this, or the "invalid deck format" error, this is the fix. The edition when added must be named "Magic 2011" and "M11" as the edition key. I had both as M11 and got the error. Removed the bad M11 and re-added and it worked fine.

Here in Richmond, VA a friend sitting at the opposite end of the table from me in sealed opened up a Mox Sapphire. He was like Holy S**T, Holy S**T, Holy S**T. Can't say I really blame him Smile

P.S. In reference to the conversation earlier, I'm a female player

At pre-release in Frackville, PA a guy across from me opened an unlimited Mox Sapphire.

This is important as I believe its the first report of a duplicate. (unless the VA mox was alpha/beta).

I also know a Time Walk and Mox Pearl opened at Pre-release philly.

I have a local block tourney coming up and have been milling around a deck like this. I havent been able to aquire all the cards I need, but I put something together like Wooza's.

    A few cards to consider.

Dauntless Defender: I think he's the MVP here. Hes 3 mana for a 3/3 and is essentially protection vs most of the removal in the set. He stops fallouts, hellions, nasty coups.

KNight of the New Alara: I put him in my decklist and also ran 4 knotvines. Once you get 2 out, if you can, its pretty much mass removal or you win.

I ran 3 pleas and 3 Captured sunlights for the cascades. So far although it seems captured sunlights might be a wasted 4 mana for 3 life, at turn 4, casting one into a rox war monk or sledge is strong. Ive also captured cascaded into a plea into a knotvine or quasali.

Rafiq is a definite, hes jsut a powerhouse in the format, as is battlegrace which I have yet to maindeck although I might after some more testing.

In order to solve the evasion problem I play Jhessian Balmgivers, the guys that tap to prevent or make something unblockable.

The whole deck is pretty weak against mass removal, but between Orings, Bant charms, and Paths I can pretty much keep anything big under wraps. And once a knotvine gets down with a few other creatures or a rafiq hits play and I drop Finest Hour, its game. Rafiq +finest+knight+jhessian = 8/8 minimum unblockable doublestrike, twice each turn.

I was also thinking of maindecking 4 quasali ambushers. The flash and interaction with a knight is pretty strong.
