LOL besides from listening to Jap Rock, Jap SKa (kimura), Pinoy rock. we cant say its a bad taste because we all have different aspects and point of view. Buzzcocks is nice. but not of my generation. and just to add... PUNK is essentially BAD. there is no such thing as GOOD punk. LOL

there are a bunch of good compilations (career overviews of Frankie Knuckles, Mr Fingers, et al, as well as overviews of the entire scene), but the best way for nearly any electronic music is via dj mixes. look up some mixes, like fabric/fabriclive, that have some classic tunes on them, then find other things you like from there. hooray! fabriclive 67 just came out, and that bends more toward modern techno (more minimal), but has some chicago-influenced stuff on there as well.
Classic tune there with Mr. Knuckles. I can't say my techno experience is much to write home about, as I got brought to the dance by old Paul van Dyk, A&B, Oakenfold, Tiesto (like, pretty much anything pre-Kaleidoscope), etc.

the staff drama is much more out in the open than it used to be. internal disputes spilling into the "public" just makes things ugly.
things are even stricter than they used to be. i used to be able to make hundreds of "borderline" posts; every other one of them would get me an infraction nowadays.
the attitude i was trying to cultivate among gutter posters is nowhere to be seen.
