Okay, here's my basic idea of what to do.
1. Gather everyone at many different forums that has an unbanned News account, and inform them of what to do. Everyone should lie low until then; don't spam comments or whatever.
2. When applications for admin are opened, have all of those people apply. Hopefully, at least one person will get in.
3. That person gives everyone here admin.
4. We contact the resigned admins, ask them if there's anything that can be done that would seriously screw 'News up- some admin-changable settings, perhaps.
5. Go to town.

Here's the plan: everyone with one or more non-banned News accounts applies for admin. Everyone. If someone gets it, CAUSE HAVOC. Ban the owners. Unban everyone else. Spam. Make things not work. Make the forum buggy and impossible to deal with. Whatever you want.
