    Illusional Fears :1mana::symb::symb:
    Instant [c]

All players must either place two cards or half the sum of four or less cards rounded up from their hands on top of their library. If a player has no cards in his/her hand then a randomly chosen opponent of that player with no hand will scry 7 with that player's library instead. Otherwise all players would then discard their remaining hand, scry 3 and draw 5 cards.

Cycling; :symb::symb:, discard this card: All players must discard X cards from their hand then scry X. Where X equals half the sum of the amount of cards rounded up in the player's hand.
When you cycle Illusional Fears all players draw X when the cycling resolves in play.

"Don't even think that way!! Its only wind whisking around the ruins delicate standing buildings' walls. " Eron said grinning at the young shapeshifter.

    1. Half the sum of four or less guarantees a player with less than four cards in their hand will place an effective number of cards on top of the library for the instant to become an advantage for its controller.

    2. Its a disrupting of the opponent's strategies instant.

    3. The cycling is the real purpose of the card as a no mercy clause on a hellbent condition to an opponent.

    As for that challenge?

Let's try a permanent that can effect land with flash with an unique response ability relating to producing or manipulating mana sum going to any pool.

Lil' Money knew. I sent him this example in its unedit version:

    Pegaseu Mote 2 mana
    Enchanted Land
    Flash.

When the casting cost is paid to play this land card: you may put in play two green/white 2/2 pegasus tokens with flying and unless this Pegaseu Mote land was played at the beginning of its controller's turn then when this land card resolves coming into play, suspend it with one time counter. (You can only play one land during your turns only.)

:3mana::symw::symw::symw:: Split Second. Put in play a 5/5 white angel token with flying and trample.

:symtap:: Add white mana to your mana pool.

"All these high ceilings and glass-less windows in this building, I guess this place wasn't meant for non-flyers," thought Jodah as...

    Ancient's Knowledge :symu::symr:
    Enchantment
This permanent can't be countered from play and can only be targeted by permanents in play.

All permanents this enchantment controller's controls in play has:
:symtap:: Deals Two Damage to target player or creature. No permanent tapped to use this ability can be untapped at anytime unless you must pay 2 mana for each permanent to be untap from the conditions to use this ability or this enchantment is remove from play.

How about a blue creature producing burn with non-blue triggered ability with an X effect triggered by a target you don't control.

    Psychic Punishment? Uhh, uhh.

Discards function are like changing your mind or having a choice for engagements deterred but how in red aggressiveness did a cycle fortifying outwardly causing damages in the same givings (...and since when causing damages are like giving a respite in action by giving opponents draw cards as a aftermatn instead of as the cost?)
A mana cost of 6 with a 3 as the half effort does secure a burn by parity to one target instead of all targets of the full cost but with the gifts to opponents of draw cards must provide the energy first to ultilitized the function of the draw.
Consider life points instead to opponents instead of draw cards for every draw card you recieved while aiming at something else for dispersing aggression like the creatures in play.
Or as a more psychically-bound tendency aggressive tradition:

Cycling :1mana::symr::symr:: Destroy all creatures target opponent control, all opponents gain 3 life points while you draw 1 card for every creature destroy by this cycling function.
Psychic Punishment rating by me? Tis a 4.

Psychic Gifts? Overrunning the costs is my only seen dispute but I like the generous touch. Tis an 8.

The following card was originally created in a set of heated exchanges in the "I don't like you game" then noted and brought to the "What's wrong with this card" thread by Kenaron. There it was corrected with rewording ease by Illumination.

Can't resist in submitted this card here after all that attention and preference for its noteworthiness by this team collaborations of "KENARON" and "ILLUMINATIONS."

    Ruins of Tourach's Gate
    Land
Ruins Of Tourach's Gates is indestructible.

As Ruins Of Tourach's Gates enters the battlefield, tap any number of untapped basic lands you control and put a charge counter on each of those lands then at the beginning of your upkeep, place a charge counter from a basic land you control on this land card and untap this land card. (When you can't pay this card's upkeep cost then sacrifice this card.)

Lands you control with charge counters on them have shroud and don't untap during your untap step.

I am using the classic rating board on the scale of 0.01 to 9.99 with 0.00 or 10.00 scores as the only indicator of the perfectly legendary bounds.

    Weirding Insanity :3mana::symb:
    Tribal Enchantment - Goblin
Whenever a Goblin is put into your graveyard from play, put two 1/1 black Goblin Rogue creature tokens onto the battlefield and sacrifice a Goblin. Play this ability only any time you could cast an instant.

    What's wrong:
Rewording or may I say word deleting is necessary with the ability casting critera description. The term "whenever" makes the static ability condition with no other description necessary.

As an idea as a game card idea:
This is a no combo that can make a infinite amount of goblins on turn four (With a duo land) like a certain Devoted Druid in a Flourishing Defense condition feeding his pet Quillspike can and will end a game with no wrath or damming happening. UHH, UHH cards like this would place strong demands on the block set that is release with it.
    Ethically only as a rare.

This card is scary not insane and isn't lovable, does demands effectiveness from opponent or else while in play but is an easy enchantment to target.
I rate Weirding Insanity at 7.45

("Tourach Gate's Ruins: I'll just attempt to reword this totally..." said Illuminations The Aetherwalker)
    Ruins of Tourach's Gate
    Land~ is indestructible.

Lands you control with charge counters on them have shroud and don't untap during your untap step.
:symtap:: Add white mana or black mana to your mana pool for each land you control with a charge counter on it.
:symwb:, :symtap:: Add black mana or green mana to your mana pool.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may remove a charge counter from a land you control. If you do, untap that land.
Thank you Illuminations , this was my confusion accident I created. I guess I must read more from you guys to play with the big creative wizzies. I knew the card was do-able and your approach help me with other ideas I been conceiving. Much oblige, again.

I also been giving this next one a lot of my attention and could use come advice for, can I get the word feasible or aint play and how or what I missing with the idea.

Voting to me I've found to be geared toward the most general audience with the idea that when the work have either grabbed and demand my attention I can and most nicely will stop, look back on it then re-examined the experience again. mainly at this time I probably enjoyed and appreciated the work fully but those reasons why I did doesn't guarantee a vote. I am an impartial judge.

Sam was deliberately been entertaining with the Urban Legend, Man, those themeplays definite has the depths of the world for any applied talent explored, play or built in and with, THX, Sam The smiles you brought to me with that themeplay was most welcoming. But since I cant vote for myself means no personal favors in subject contents left only two:

After I found myself alone at that place, that I had too many times made into creative-fun-zones (Tis all islands best for) and again found the best worth was the sharing of our underlining motivatings and lookings so, why with sad touch, Mr. Tecnnogeek? I must confess that I love to share my emotion experiences also especially as a discovered creation but do you find the reinforced private sign with a no tradegy spelling lingering too much of a me-me especially as a public announcement left as unfinished?

C'mon, Brother Geek, tell us what you hiding on that island, if you do I more likely will give both my votes. If you can't then try what Sam and my way, choose a theme then tell us allllll about it-inside there.

Creativeness is major style points "y'kno" and Yes! I am a perfectly ugly in every ugly that I can imagine ugly can perfect to be. Now, excuse me , there some geek out there testing his bow's range and I have an itching with my quiverful too.

This round I vote for the norm's chaos in-practicing for mastering. C'yu.

(A 500 Word reformatted Called The Sentencing Of Grief Based On The Publication Series: Magic, The Gathering, Licensed by Wizards Of The Coast Publishing. VA. U.S.A.; Written By Geo. E. Burks.)

    The Sentencing Of Grief.
    By Geo. E. Burks

He felt confident as the archangel stared at the human body grafted in the scales at the dragon's neck demanding "You... You... Marshal release him immediately!" Then Chief Justice Draves answered, "the dragon or this merciless planeswalker?"
The Archangel then angrily threaten, "Draves, how dare you, correct this morbid alteration or I will execute you!" Draves seeing the Archangel was rising her energies quickly said, "This planeswalker slaughter over 200 people, made sport of our children and women, then contested the surviving males to match his atrocities. I can't be merciful by you and I can't forgive him by our's laws, Calima Laws." then relaxing in a deep breath, he argued,
"Ella, you and I never really like each other but we understood each other. I'm half-human in my genes and half-goblin in the sights of your human charges. They fear me because I bested them to force their own laws on them for all of the humans, goblins, even the orcs and stalkers. It wasn't to please you angels, It was for them to understand what make them wrong. It's their measures that prevented me from immolating this dragon into this monster for the reconciliation for our losses. I do not like these laws after witnessing the devaluing of such cared and loved purposes. This man is aware as an inuring impresario to this prehistoric dragon while he is resurrecting her heart with his spark, feeding her slowly life energies until I no longer grieved his lost of compassion.
And until that time Ella, I advised you to end your charades on the values due for the losses to a city of our Calima and ask for forgiveness from my anger and my humanity for demanding his release or we both will be this monster's last victims." Then Draves clenched his fists bringing his energies to full strength.
    In the mind-eye
's sight of the seven angels and the archangel, Draves' body flared in an embedded blueish-green glow of tampered flames and to the ends of every waving blade changing to green then yellowish-orange, cutting the air around him with red tips that when folding it's searing tip pointing to any of the angels felt like a nightwood fire on hands that was too close for comforting warmth.
The archangel looked farther therein and found a sobbing imago of Draves dominating the passioniate energies. She refocused to her natural sight and then saw the natural watery substance of tears mixed in with his unchecked rising rage. She lifted her right hand up ordering her escorts to leave the half-built bridge hanging on the dragon's neck.
Afterward she addressed Draves by saying "You are not well demonstrating this better resolution for both our grief, Marshal, I beg you talk to Lii-Mon, a friend we both like and I also should talk to a friend.
Until I return to continue this warrant discussion, take care of this grief, Justice. I, too feel my impressible self grieving soundly with you. Good day, Lord.
