MTG Salvation

Currently, I am building madness, and I like it. This thread is to be used to advance UG madness into a perfect deck. Madness has the advantage of being a cheap deck which will be legal post rotation. The post rotation part we can get to in a bit, for now, the cheap part means we will be seeing a lot of mirrors, (I think). Is submerge all we should have for the mirror? Also what does everyone's deck look like?
