I'm a huge fan of the full-art lands for the overall aesthetics, but my favorite Art cycle actually comes from Portal. The art here is kind of unique in that it each piece has a feature beyond the land itself. A farm house, a castle, a ship, an air balloon, ruins, tree houses, etc. I'm a big fan of cycles, and these are all stand-out unique lands that you can use in your deck to match.

The art was (finally) reused in Archenemy, so we can have them new bordered too!

It might be a fantasy game in a fantasy world, but I still want a bit of realism. We have a storyline, and a sense of immersion with these characters and worlds.

Sure, Liliana has a "seductress" quality to her, and doesn't wear armor. Showing a little skin and going out of her way to be attractive fits her motif. If it fits and is realistic, I'm fine with it.

That said, no right minded warrior is going to charge into battle wearing a metal bikini. That's absurd, ridiculous, and absolutely destroys the immersion.

You'll have to hack in an override that sets the font-style to "Normal" instead of the italics.
Just open it and close it right inside the [Quote] tag.
There's a couple open-ended style tags.

[Space] is the easiest that won't add any extra markup.

Yeah, it should lose "the next time".
Much like when/whenever, the ability would be worded to assume it won't happen more than once.

Wondering how strong it would be if we lost the cost.
On one hand, no activation makes it stronger when you need it.. but you'll also not always want it to come back, but will be forced to.

It'll take some playing with, but I think the ability is spot on.

Whoa, new look. I'm pretty ok (I actually prefer the light skin, so kudos keeping it!) Seems to load faster too. #3drinksApproved

You know, looking back on all that this site has been through and having been there since it was on phpBB2, I just have to say I think you guys are doing a fantastic job.

One thing that has consistently made me proud about this forum compared to many other that I have visited is that for the most part, our users are able to respect other users with whom they disagree (or at least put on a display of it). It is frustrating and distracting to see a forum thread go off on a many page tangent because of a troll or flame war. It is for this reason that I have taken a more heavy handed approach to moderation for my years on staff. Unfortunately, every once in a while I err. It is clear to me that this is one of those times. I acted as I did because I saw what looked to be the beginnings of the potential for a thread which would require aggressive moderation intervention, and decided that cutting it off early was the apt solution, when in reality I should have waited until that intervention was needed. And in this, what I unfortunately did was to send a message that the staff did not trust the users to be respectful. And for that reason alone I am sorry and apologize to each site member to whom I slighted. And for those of you who understood my reasoning even if you didn't agree with them, again, thank you for your support.

I also would like to thank the users who took the time to speak out against the decision. Everyone on the staff is human, and at times we will error. But we are all open to constructive criticism and feedback, and while I can't promise that all feedback gets acted on, it is all received and given due consideration.

If the affected members will PM me I will review any associated infractions for using the term in a normal manner and reverse them as needed.

I went in and fixed the issue, they should all be working correctly now.
