Which bant general are you using for this deck because that can affect some of the card suggestions.
For example if you use Roon of the Hidden Realm then almost any card you see in ISBPathfinder's Jenara list would be a good choice since his list is based around a lot of enter the battlefield effects that Roon can re-use.
Since you only have ~$100 to work with I'd suggest grabbing a lot of the cheaper upgrades to get the most bang for your buck. However, there are a few cards that are just worth the money like Sylvan Library.
Well I made my first attempt at reformatting the OP to look a bit cleaner. The individual spoilers for each deck box will need work next. I'll try to add new deck boxes to the list soon.
"Which red creatures do you think should be removed from the Top 50 list?"
I feel like the poll's question is misleading since having only one choice with a radio button poll instead of check boxes makes it difficult for me to define which red creatures I feel should be removed from the Top 50 list.
I don't mind it being one option or many, but please fix the poll or the question so they match.
I've looked through the OP and couldn't find any great boxes to hold double-sleeved commander decks. I've used the two-compartment clear boxes by Ultra Pro up until recently, and those are decent.
They can hold two double-sleeved decks fine and have room to the sides to fit in tokens or backup sleeves, but there's a lot of free space above the cards and it is rather brittle.
This box is a ****ing beast. It's made of the same thick plastic the 100+ Ultra Pro boxes are made of, but it fits double-sleeved cards very comfortably if you remove the dividers (might even be enough to fit in a 10-15 card sideboard). The lid fits very snugly and as an added bonus, the boxes are stackable.
I admit I haven't updated the OP in a while, but there are a couple of decent options listed in it for double-sleeved decks. Like Fat Packs with top loaders, or the Ultra Pro Satin Towers.
I'll try to spend some time rehashing the layout of the OP with some HTML to clean up the look instead using a ton of spoiler tags, and I'll update it at that time with any new suggestions for boxes and/or sleeves that I've missed.
I haven't, but I'm also not sure what this would accomplish?
Well it would protect Jeleva from dying to blockers, and Maze can be useful for stopping other attackers. It's a cute interaction that I thought I'd share. No one else had mentioned it yet.
I imagine since you're going for an infect win you could really use Corrupted Conscience in the deck instead of the side. Also it helps with your devotion.
I believe most places in America still follow the multiplayer ban list. So unless you're in France or a specific location that follows their ban list then you should be running the usual staples in your 1v1 list, and it appears you're already running several.
I'd suggest using Yahoo's YSlow, Google PageSpeed, maybe even Zoompf to test the new site for performance optimizations. If there are any images that you need to compress Yahoo's Smush.it is a free tool that works great. Webpagetest.org is a really good way to test for page load times for free. If you want to test the new site on scalability for handling unusually high traffic then try running some load tests with LoadStorm.com they've got a solid tool, with good customer support, and very affordable pricing.
I ran some quick tests and the main things I noticed about the new forums is it could use compression on some images, a CDN for static content, and move your javascript calls to the bottom of the page.
I think these images sum up the thread. The national flags thing was just a play off of the color combinations and do not represent the opinions of either nation. Consensus seems to be that people would try 25 life. (The debate just made me think of Goldilocks)
Nowadays I just keep my money cards in a nice binder and proxy them. I use alternate artwork so people always know it's a proxy and it is just a color copy on plain paper stuffed into a perfect size sleeve with a basic land to give it the feel and shuffling effect of a real card.
I don't usually have any problems doing this at the LGS where I play (even though I've been too busy to play magic lately). When new people question why I play proxies I open up my nice binder and show them all the money I've invested into this game and ask them "would you risk people bending these or liquid being spilled on the table they're laying on?"
I'm usually okay with other people using proxies even without owning the cards. Sometimes this is not the case when an event is a paid entry with prizes on the line, but I don't mind so much if it is a small entry fee as this gives some players a chance at winning some cool stuff even if they're strapped for cash. Casually EDH should be enjoyed and everyone should be allowed to optimize and play to their full potential or goof around if they want. Just like in a fighting game everyone has the same character roster to choose from, and where skill is really what is being tested instead of who has money.
So to sum it up these are probably your best options for a deck that is good in both 1v1 and multiplayer (not listed in any preference and no budget restrictions):
Have you done any testing with Savage Summoning? Seems like a solid option for Rafiq decks in general.
I've been out of touch with EDH for the last couple of months so I haven't gotten to try out any of the new stuff. Hopefully I'll have some more time for it soon. Right now I'm just busy with my job though which is okay since I'm making more money now
I want to build a casual deck. Well more casual than my usual lists. So I was thinking of making a deck that could do a little of everything. Not necessarily using every color, but I'm willing to go 5 color if needed.
I was thinking first off to promote ramp/card draw without worrying about basic or non-basic land (as I will probably run several vivid lands) I would include something like 4 of Coiling Oracle and/or Explore and continue to fill in different strategies like this with multi-function cards.
Thank you for coming back to me with these suggestions, I really appreciate the help I am liking mystic remora, Mirri's Guile, Shadow Rift, Shelter and lightning greaves. I believe I want to to keep the mana curve as low as possible so that I can carry out very explosive killing blows
Hmm at my LGS, my usual playgroup size is 4 players a game, they rarely want to go beyond that since it may take too long. I guess if I were to take on 3 opponents, according to your advice, I would hardly need to make any changes to the list
Correction, taking on 2 opponents would require virtually no changes due to how fast you can kill the first opponent this allows the deck to go back to a 1v1 setting quickly where it performs best. At 3 opponents or more is where you begin to see the deck run out of gas as it deals with more potential removal and board wipes every turn.
However, I do not know how competitive your playgroup is so perhaps you'll see some matches where you one-shot the only player who is a large threat and can take out the remaining two with a lot less trouble.
For example if you use Roon of the Hidden Realm then almost any card you see in ISBPathfinder's Jenara list would be a good choice since his list is based around a lot of enter the battlefield effects that Roon can re-use.

Here are additional staples you should run Mana Crypt, Mana Drain, Sensei's Divining Top, and Mana Vault (also these artifacts add to your trinket package)
Also Skullclamp seems like a great choice since you're running around 30 creatures.
Also you have Snapcaster Mage in both your deck and your sideboard.
I ran some quick tests and the main things I noticed about the new forums is it could use compression on some images, a CDN for static content, and move your javascript calls to the bottom of the page.
Here is a webpagetest of the main forums page (took 10 seconds to load on a 5 Mbps connection) http://www.webpagetest.org/result/130920_Y7_18Y6/
Ideally you want a webpage to load in 3 seconds or less.
P.S. Some of the emoticons do not work yet. Look at my signature to see proof.
