A commander functional reprint of all the dual lands or dual land like cards, that would only work in commander. I think this would relieve a lot of pressure on the most expensive part of this format, the mana base.
Yea, But that would also destroy the spirit of EDH (Much like Relentless Rats, but they are allowed multiples and even more than 4). I was referring more to cards you can't really play from your general zone. I mean the reiterated Bosh and Memnarch.
However, they didn't reiterate the ruling on these cards, they changed the basic ruling of color identity. No special cases were made. This is more of a deckbuilding restriction that got fixed. You can still play haakon at the helm, he just wont do much.
Making individual rulings for each card is not a good idea. It would create a long list of rules that would work in EDH - Commander only. However, for this reason house rules do exist and are usually a widely accepted idea. Also, phage works with Sundial of the infinite.
Played at the right time Collectieve Voyage is a one-sided ramp spell. In 1vs1 it's even better. If you play it when your opponent is tapped out it's the best ramp you can get. It's degenerate in my Jenara landfall deck.

Is there a link to Cardkitty's work and a way to get in contact with them? I am looking to get my general altered. My idea is to leave it in its frame but to bring the card back old-school style. I really loved the way the art in Magic used to look, so if you were a fan of the bygone days, you could do that. Discolored parchment text box et al. You can even go so far to have the artist paint over all the rules text on Sheoldred and write in some kick-ass flavor text of your own! Or errata the rules text so it's super wonky like Alpha rules.
Well, it is really hard to say without knowing what General you want and what play style you are aiming for. But usually, if you go for cards that just get value (IE 2-for-1s) then you start doing fairly well.
That card is sexy, but at 7 cmc it can be a little rough on the mana.
Wont matter with vicious shadows.
