Cops that hide and just so happen to catch you speeding isn't immoral. You broke the law and you got caught. Good job, don't speed and there are no problems.

For example, (this actually happened) a man is at a stop light and a chick comes up next to him and revs her engine, enticing the man to race her. However, the man was my father who doesnt speed, so when the light turned green, he just sat there.. and so did the chick. As he drives forward he see's a cop around the next corner and the chick stops and talks with him. She had been hired to get people to speed of that light and get caught.
Third: I really want to know what the word "silly" replaces. It certainly makes a difference what it is. Plus, in the rules it states that deragatory words can be infracted. The censor can't keep up on all the slang we use these days.

Let me start over. Take the picture you have now, but remove the figure that is full body and replace it with the given picture. Right now the full body and the floating head are the same person (father of naruto) instead of 2 different people (father and son). They do look a lot alike but they are different

When you complain how can this be enforced, you are missing the whole point of courts. If they can find where you live, they can bring you to court and try you of this charge. Although I admit they would have a pretty easy time defending themselves by claiming what they said had different meaning, but still its a step forward to contain the world's idiots.
There will likely be difficulty with international enforcement, but at least in the USA there is a procedure to follow. Don't get me wrong, I am not dissing other countries. I am just familiar with the USA's system of rule.
Although that would be interesting when introducing someone, it would cause awkward moments when introducing yourself.
How about Aatleetevian. No doubt when s/he would get married they would write their own "vowels"
