If anybody has it for PS3, I'm down for a match. psn: seanskirasta
P.S. Best basketball game ever. Seems like passing is more difficult and defense isn't as stingy. Overall improvements are big (defensive assignments pre-game, etc.) and make the game faster. A+
I personally want to thank you for your work here on MTGS. You were before my time, but you were one who helped make this site great.
Thanks, dude. I appreciate it.
What up, Dags? OG Called holding it down!
I could actually tell you a story. A story about what this site used to look like when it was created in the infinite chaos of the nethercode. Once upon a time, this site was black, with white letters (no joke). It seriously did have a black background. But that changed. It all changed. One day... there was light. And a massive upgrade from phpBB2 to VB3.0 On that day....
FFT is a great game. Dunno if you played FFT Advance (for Game Boy Advance), but it was equally as face-meltingy awesome (and took me far too long to complete playing only on train rides, etc). I think there's a newer one? Not sure, but I think FFT is on the PSN Store as well now.
Eh, they screwed up the tournament rankings on the computer after 5 rds and called it, but...
I still went 3-2 with U/B including Scaab Ruinator, 3 Bumps and Bloodline Keeper, lots of blue flyers, etc. Won 7 packs that had some bomb rares in 'em! Success!
I really don't see why people are so freaked over a 19 year old dating a 15 year old. I mean, seriously?
The law is the law, sure, fine that's all dandy. But to act as if a 4 year age difference under any other circumstance is some sort of robbing the cradle is ridiculous. Maybe if he was 25 and she was 15, then you're reaching chester molester levels. But 19? Give the guy a break.
You take that jail bait and you run with it brochaco.
My roomate's 25 and he dates a 17 year old (she has to leave early on school nights lol). gotta cut it off somewhere, statch snatch ain't good.
Simply put, how shy are you about the fact that you play Magic? Not shy at all? How prideful are you? Do you let everybody know you love Magic or are you afraid of the social misconception that so often manifests itself in members of the non-Magic playing public?
Experience should be a non-factor; a core value of any relationship should be accruing experience, so being "more experienced" might not actually mean that is a better choice.
Last winter, I had a similar situation and it is only in retrospect that I can realize that improper action at the upstart of any relationship can have damaging consequences down the road. People will always be looking around for something new and exciting and you can lose someone if you are not more forward when you need to be. If you're happy in a place, don't think about something better - enjoy where you are at, and when you have found no more happiness in where you are at; move.
I listened to Theophilus London's debut album a few weeks a go, and I do think it was one of the better releases of the year (The RAC remix of "Why Even Try" is among my favorite songs of the year). The song, "I Stand Alone" has been used in promos for season 2 of How To Make it in America.
Yeah I quit competitive Magic over 6 years ago but I always seem to keep coming back for Limited! Doing a prerelease this weekend, my first in a year and a half! It's good to know the game we all love is still very accessible at a competitive level, as long as it's not constructed.
