Feb 6, 2014Zeprot posted a message on Launch Giveaway!By far my favorite card in magic is Coiling Oracle. It's simplicity and straight-forward value is really represents what I want in the magic cards I play. I really like two-for-one's and subtle tempo/card advantage and Coiling Oracle does that perfectly while not being ridiculously powerful.Posted in: Announcements

Agreed, I was really liking the idea of this endless uphill battle that humans have against the evils of Innistrad. The guide sets up this epic about human perseverance and throws it out the window with "Only the actions of Planeswalkers will tell."
Sword of Order and Chaos
Equipped Creature gets +2/+2 and protection from Red and White
Whenever equipped creature deals combat damage you may tap target permanent and it will not untap during that players next uptap step.
Whenever equipped creature deals combat damage, each player discards their hand and draws three cards.
Sword of Life and Death
Equipped Creature gets +2/+2 and protection from Green and Black
Whenever equipped creature deals combat damage you may put two +1/+1 counters on the equipped creature.
Whenever equipped creature deals combat damage you may destroy target creature with converted mana 3 or less.
We were iffy on the black part, maybe a doom blade would be better? It seems overpowered but smother isn't all that great either.
I have to say though that Glint Hawk Idol and Glint Hawk were the MVP's overall, I undervalued them a little, but after the the first game I played with them I was really happy I got them. Other than that, I judged most cards correctly.
So far, I'm much more happy with w/x metalcraft in both drafts and sealed than the other archetypes.
So, Cloud Elemental.
Overall, 8.5/10 (I consider 5 to be average)
On a side note, I saw Stray Dog by Akira Kurosawa a few days before watching Inception. I got to say that I first I didn't think much of it, but as it progressed, I became pulled in more and more by the story. Toshiro Mifune was awesome as usual. Definitely a good watch. 7/10
In short, if you liked Jesse Ventura spouting lines like "I ain't got time to bleed" then you will probably like the new Predators.
And whats up with Messi playing if he has a fever? What was Maradona thinking? Either way, congrats Germany.
All in all, both teams played GREAT, Mursela did a fantastic job throughout the game.
