Jund Ramp just became a tier one deck in standard. If you don't believe me don't quote me and be like this card is bad, just wait and see. This card will destroy kithkin (new tech wretched banquet for BFT) and it will hit b/w tokens just after they think they saved their guys from a fallout or jund charm. Nevermind the fact that this card will become the number one way to destroy either Ajani.
Lifelink is really strong when you're racing, esp on a creature with vigilance. Non-legendary seems to be a plus also, and being an artifact can also be a benefit. So we can break them both down to:
Akroma
Angel 5WWW
1. Flying
2. Trample
3. First strike
4. Vigilance
5. Haste
6. Pro red and black
7. 5/5
8. Only one in play
Sphinx of the Steel Wind
Sphinx 5WUB
1. Flying
2. Any number in play
3. First strike
4. Vigilance
5. Lifelink
6. Pro red and green
7. 6/6
I highly doubt there will be counters on the lands, at least I hope not. Vivid lands are cool but all this counters are cluttering up my table and my lands usually finish off the game with two rows.
I can't imagine any better type of land out there Wizards. Please prove me wrong.
That's.... wow that's a good mill card. Only costs 5 and mills for 10 (!) just by turning sideways? And is immune to Terror and has 7 toughness? Yeah, that's a very strong mill card.
I'm glad they're bringing back Terminate, I unfortunately traded away mine when I thought I was quitting magic. Note to self: it always drags you back in.
The best news is that Terminate is common. I found one in my pile of crap a while ago and I was like "oh man this card is good" and put it into my binder and now they're reprinting it? Sweet.
I bought a playset for $40, They're sitting in front of me.
Burrenton Forge-Tender says hi. I say it won't be played.
And if it also said "Put a creature named Tarmogoyf into play."
...Not going to happen.
Top has to do with Cascade.
Fixed. Sphinx of the Steel Wind is a 6/6

Land
I thought about adding only one color but that has already been done.
Spam warning for a waste of a post.
Terminate, Bant Charm, and Path to Exile say no but I hope we see some creative mill decks.
