Hi, correct me if I am wrong

So the end result will be:
Lunar force will be sacrifice due to the "cast" wording
My opponent will not be need to discard a card.

Lunar force
Reality smasher
Doom blade

I have a lunar force and reality smasher in play.
My opponent casted a doom blade targeting my reality smasher.
What happen?

In a way, I will end up having a "undying" Eternal Witness as long as I have a white mana available to cast my Cloudshift

I cast Displace targeting my 2x Eternal Witness
Will I be getting back both Displace and Path to Exile?

I have 1x Eternal Witness in play
I cast Cloudshift targeting my Eternal Witness
Will I be getting back Cloudshift?

Hi, thanks for answering, what happen if its 3 dmg dealt to Reckoner? Will I be able to dealt 3+13=16 dmg to opponent? Or its just merely 3dmg to opponent since during dmg resolution, reckoner had been dealt lethal dmg?

Just 3 damage.
If the scenarion is the same but blocking elf is 3/3. Then in combat damage step , after all combat damage are dealt , both Reckoner and elf each has lethal damage. Before Reckoner's ability to be put on the stack , SBA will be checked and send both Reckoner and elf to the graveyard. This means , Reckoner will not be on the field for Shivan meteor in this case.

my Shivan Meteor is suspended with 2 time counters on it.

I declare attack with Boros Reckoner, my opponent declare a 2/2 elf to block it.
During damage resolution, 3 dmg is dealt to the elf and 2 dmg is dealt to Boros Reckoner.

Since Boros Reckoner has a "Whenever" triggered ability, am I able to:
Boros Reckoner's triggered ability on stack, I cast Fury Charm, removing 2 time counters from Shivan Meteor so that I can "cast" the Shivan Meteor targeting Boros Reckoner?

If yes, what would be the dmg dealt to Boros Reckoner? 2+13=15 dmg or just 13 dmg from Shivan Meteor?

In response, I cast snap, returning the elf back to his hand and untap 2 lands, and tap the mana again to Counterspell his goblin.

Is this a correct play?

So am I right to say, during upkeep, draw, main, either 1 of this phase, I can tap, say 2 forest for 2 mana, I cast my 2 casting cost spell, once resolved, the other lands that could produce the same green mana will be tapped and will not be available for the next step?
