Unlike Tome Scour and most of the Dimir mill spells, Mind Sculpt can only target opponents, so you can't use it to feed your own graveyard. This doesn't matter with Undergrowth Scavenger though.

That's right. A card with the "stamp" watermark goes in the 15th slot.

One strange interaction that people haven't mentioned about the conspiracies that name a creature, such as Muzzio's Preparations, is that they can name "Illusion" because Illusion is a card name. This allows these cards to affect Meloku the Clouded Mirror's tokens, enabling you to simulate the misprinted Spanish Meloku that makes 2/2s!

I agree with Raised by Wolves as the pick. It seems like we're going to end up in some combination of those colors which is fine by me.

I never seem to get a chance to be in green in drafts at my LGS. It seems like it's the most popular color at my particular store!

Of those, I most prefer Fanatic of Xenagos. I would also be happy with Divination!

That's interesting about the Skyguard! We should definitely keep that in mind.

I'll go ahead and go with Fall of the Hammer as well then.

We can definitely keep the print runs in mind - are we sure that these packs follow them though, or are they entirely randomly generated? It's hard to derive too much speculation since their pick could've been anything, but it could be something like an eidolon I suppose!

I slightly prefer Hammer because I really like Red in this format (I know that isn't the popular opinion) and I think Fall is its strongest common. But I would be alright with either! I have played with Reap and blown opponents out for sure.

For me it's either Reap What is Sown or Fall of the Hammer. I think both of those are very good cards. I suppose there's an argument for Archetype or Infatuation too!

I think I will indeed change my vote to the Sun Guide. We're not missing a whole lot by losing either card really.

That's a good point actually, Blake. I love the Sun Guide and while I've never first-picked him before, I've also never had a pack this weak overall!

I would be fine switching my pick to him, but I'm curious what cferejohn thinks.
