Is Figure not included because he's not human?

I like this list a lot! I might have to get the rest of the cards I need and build it.

Also, is there a reason for the snow-covered plains in the first list?

The combo activates Pridemates at each increment (so you have inf/inf mates after the combo...). As said, the Relic-Warder can also be used as disruption and the Metamorph is a solid card on its own as well (aside from the fact that you'll never have U mana to spend on it.) My deck (which I used to play in extended, now in the process of deciding what to do to it for Modern) also used some of sword of a & b items, a trample equip, a lifesteal equip, and 4xStoneforge Mystic as well.

I also used Suture Priest, but I can see where this is meh and will probably switch them out for the martyrs (which I don't have yet).

EDIT: just saw that sf mystic is banned in Modern :cries:

I have been away from the game for a couple years, but still have a version of this with Phyrexian Metamorph and Leonin Relic-warder.
Is this no good?

I haven't played a whole ton of magic since the Zendikar block.
Are there any great cards in the two newest blocks that I should consider putting in my mono-G ezuri deck?

If an opponent has Teferi, Mage of Zephir out and then I play Aluren can I play creatures at instant speed? If not, can I still play them for free?

Had very decent results with this deck against some friends today. Lost once due to some mean Engulfing Slagwurm shenanigans tho
Only things really lacking in the deck thus far are spot removal and draw. I didn't feel the lack of draw too much today though.

I woulda loved the new Jace at UUU... at 5 it seems a bit steep. Decent for EDH I guess lol

I have a vastwood but it never has really done anything for me. I might try it out again. I'll look out for a hollow and triumph, because I do like both

The deck plays real well in its current state, its a very quick and brutal deck. Triumph for sure could make it even more beast

My favorite play the other day was winning off of a chord of calling with x = 1, grabbed my warcaller and put my magistrate sideways and swang with my other 5 elves for the win

for me the card has always been clunky... if you don't get an infinite combo out it is a worthless card to have, whereas lots of other cards have uses beyond just combo-ing.

I thank you for that combo, because I've actually gotten it off and done some major damage I've removed squirrel nest because while it's cute it happens much more often that you get it and not earthcraft and are stuck with a bad card (squirrel nest is near worthless without earthcraft). In its place I've put Sylvan Library because draw is awesome in this deck. Still trying to find room for crucible and Phyrexian Arena. I'm not sure how the latter wasn't already in the list <_<

If I pull off the Leonin Relic-Warder + Phyrexian Metamorph combo with both Ajani's Pridemate and Soul Warden out, and then after an arbitrarily large number of loops have the metamorph copy the pridemate instead, can I stack the warden triggers to go off after that final loop therefore netting another large / large pridemate?

I think so, but I'd like verification.
