"A previous version of this policy allowed premium versions of cards on the reserved list to be printed. Starting in 2011, no cards on the reserved list will be printed in either premium or non-premium form."
Question, why can't they remove the Reserved List?
They totally can. It's not a law, or a contract, or anything. It's a policy. Like "smiles are free". McDonalds could start charging five cents a smile.
But that would be almost as stupid of a policy as the reserved list.

I'd only consider Glacial Chasm "From The Vault" so far. That being said, Dryad Arbor, Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth, and Vesuva I think were good choices.

What the hell do players care about card value? Players play with their cards. You must mean speculators AKA collectors.
