I dunno, even though White still gets the odd reanimator effect, albeit in a very roundabout way - Debtors' Knell, Pyrrhic Revival, Reveillark - it just is a Black ability for me. It just feels wrong for me in White, in the same way I don't like Psionic Blast in Blue, regardless of whether it is very good or not. The fact that it makes the creature bigger and is an instant is salt in the wounds for Black, whose closest competitor is perhaps Makeshift Mannequin (nonetheless awesome).
Not that there's anything wrong with including them - I actually think it is correct to include Miraculous Recovery - it's just a personal thing.
EDIT: on a nearly unrelated note, I just read the flavour text for MR for the first time, and am almost tempted to include it just for that
I like those changes. I think the Baloth is a reasonable card, as both early drop is a real pressure for opponents, and the 5/5 for 6 is OK as an alternative (like actually playing Krosan Tusker sometimes).
As an interesting parallel to Elvish Herder, I run Stampede Driver. The two cards are quite similar in their roles i think, but I haven't seen your card in some time and think it is a good inclusion.
Spirit en-Dal looks sick. I opened a whole box of Future Sight and have NEVER seen that card. What the hell is going on there!
Don't like Restock, All Suns' Dawn >>> this
Makes me happy to see people include my main man O-Naginata. It won't let you down.
Personally, I don't mind Masako. Cool and unique combat trick for White. Seht's Tiger is better if you don't have it though, I love that guy.
Miraculous Recovery is obviously immense, although I don't play it because I don't want white to have one of the strongest Reanimation spells in Cube!
I can't vouch for Karakas, but I do know that Kor Haven is among the most annoying cards in Cube. There are very, very few creatures that this cannot answer, and I draft it high. It's been a top card of mine since Nemesis! I recently added Maze of Ith and am eager to see how it performs.
I don't know if it'S commonly accepted as a cube card, but our group has come to value Pulse of the Forge. Next to dealing a fair amount of damage, it's an awesome card to have against planeswalkers as you can kill the 'walker and keep the Pulse most of the time.
This is true, and the mana-burn trick makes this a must-include in my book. Good shout! I will add this.
Goblin Bombardment is very useful. It usually translates into 4 or 5 damage over several turns, or sometimes 10 or more if you get tokens, as rantipole said. It has a very specific role in Cube that no other card really fills.
Hissing Iguanar is a new one that is similar IMO, in that it looks innocuous but it actually really good once you play with it. I run both.
I love your tribal Cube. Seriously, top marks. I have always wanted to do one of these, and include good Tribal lords for the main classes in my own Cube, where I can. Do you include all the Changelings?
Good to see Battletide Alchemist. No Kinsabile Cavalier though, or did I just miss him?
Unless it's your opponent'sTarmogoyf... then Tarfire is significantly worse than Shock.
Actually, now you mention it, this has happened to me in a Cube game before:
Me T1: Tattermunge Maniac
gf T1: Overgrown Tomb --> Llanowar Elves
Me T2: Land, Swing with Tattermunge. She blocks. I play some irrelevant creature.
GF T2: Swamp, Hymn to Tourach. I am forced to discard Tarfire and Chandra Nalaar.
Me T3: Draw Savage Lands, play it tapped, pass.
GF T3: Wasteland, detroys Savage Lands, plays 6/7 Goyf.
Me: :'(
I had Deathmark or something in hand but got killed before I could get B. I got owned!
Scryb Ranger takes time to make its mark. I find that all its abilities have come really in useful at different times for me. And, unlike the other creatures, it is a good late top-deck when you already have better creatures on the table. It's not a 'never cut' card, but it's solid.
I don't think that this card will single-handedly shut down either faeries or 5CC, because the two decks both run black (and white in 5CC), which eats this guy up. Faeries in particular will have to start playing more black removal though, if this guy makes it into decks. Which he will because he is very good, but nowhere near broken. I for one hope he sees a decent amount of play. The only thing potentially stopping him is the fact that good spot removal is prevalent at the moment.
I think Aven Mimic (1WU) has a place, really. With Honden of Infinite Rage or Goblin Sharpshooter it is busted. It can turn your Saprolings into 3/1 flyers or neuter your opponents' fatties.
Tar Shards (3BR) is awesome, I love double cast. Scroll Rack ftw!
Sage of the Anima (3UG) has two good creature types, a fat body, and an insane ability that will explode heads with Sylvan Library. Should make the cut.

All in all, coming on nicely.
Still, we can but hope...

Needs deck sleeves though ASAP!

So yeah, 'Goyf is worth having.
BTW, I recommend Tarfire as good Tarmogoyf food and a slightly-better-than-Shock burn spell.
