Last time I checked Anticipate lets you take any card type. This does not.
Also don't get why people make comparisons constantly. This isn't Anticipate, Oath of Nissa isn't green Ponder, just stop.
Here's why: making comparisons and logical connections to existing cards can help you evaluate the strengths and weakness of a new card. But thanks for pointing out that the text boxes of Anticipate and Grapple are different.
On their twitter they just said they'll be slightly more frequent then premium mythic rares. Are they just calling mythic rares premium? Or do they just mean foil ?_?
I think it would be interesting if they went even further with the mulligan rule and allowed a player to scry x, where x is the amount of times you mulliganed. But this is definitely a good starting point.
SCG buy prices on the Khans fetchlands are 1-2 dollars below tcg mid retail currently (12.50 SCG buyprice on a Flooded Strand, TCG mid is low 14's). I assume this means we're in for a price bump on them.
While we're talking random cards, is there any chance of Drooling Ogre being playable? His downside is way less horrible than it was in Mirrodin block drafts.
U, instant, your opponents spells cost one more. Draw a card.
Which is a pretty powerful magic card in my opinion.

Unfortunately there are approximately 7000 better ways that already exist to go infinite with intruder alarm.
And there were 28 Jaces in the top 16 and 2 Chandras; sometimes good cards put up strong performances outside of first place.
Premium = foil.
It did get reprinted as a GP promo a few years ago (although so did Primeval Titan I guess).
EDIT: and Jodah's Avenger, I think.
