If its relation to Spanish is consistent, Esperança could also be translated as "awaited" - it doesn't necessarily have the good connotation of "hope".

But I agree that "hope" is the more likely translation.

I have actually set up hand drops when I discover my trading partner lives in the same city as me.

We hand-deliver at our FNM regularly. PucaTrade also helps even out in-person trades by sending a few points, instead of hunting binders for cards we don't really want.

No, but I watched the amounts of Forces that were on TCG, watched practically all of the videos on YouTube for EMA, and talked with people from Sacramento to San Francisco about their drafts and box openings, as well as talking to a few Legacy streams. They all noted that Force was barely seen cracked compared to Jace, Mana Crypt, and Karakas.

Sure this is a "small" pool of references to learn from, but it is notable.

Cards are printed on sheets with equal numbers of each mythic. There is zero chance that Forces occur less than other mythics in this printing, unless a magical faerie (or incredibly stupid and clever employee) is stealing them.

My wife and I love to play MTGO Cubes, but we have no idea why or when they appear unless we see LSV start streaming them. Is there a set schedule somewhere? Or is it totally random?

Heritage Druid is an elf lord for 1 mana. She's arguably the best one ever printed. Seeing her at rare makes sense given her power level.

what happened to Grafdiggers' Cage? It has doubled in price the past two days...

It is great against both the previous top deck - Collected Company - and last weekend's top deck, Nahiri, the Harbinger. Everyone who wants to have good sideboard options is picking them up. While they aren't a format staple, they are going to be important SB cards as dictated by the meta for all of time.

I guess I missed the spike but why is Myriad Landscape4$ ??

It is a colorless mana ramp that doesn't take up a spell slot. If your EDH deck can afford a colorless CiPT slot, and isn't too many colors, it is a worthwhile addition.

FWIW, Nahiri might be spiking again soon. She has risen $3 since her initial spike. Nonfoil copies are drying up on TCGPlayer at a current mid price of $25.

Keeps going up - $30 now. Did she make a splash at a tournament this weekend?

    ...

I didn't get how the card didn't have much hype when spoiled. What more do people want? She's the best RW walker ever printed hands down. Can't say I'm surprised since history repeats itself as ajani vengeant was a janky $4 card when it came out that nobody really cared for until they realized how good vengeant is.

Don't forget Vengeant was a pre-release promo. Those were the good ole' days...

I've decided to pick up a play-set because she seems good in a Thopter deck. She gives another line of attack and helps you find combo pieces. She's good when you're behind (unless you're really behind), strong when you are at parity, and good when you're ahead. I think she can maintain her $20 and maybe gain a little more.

I think i remember seeing it in the sideboards of zoo or burn decks, as a cheap way to get decent threats and make use of land flood.

I've got hit with a T1 Experiment One, T2 Nacatl, T3 Burning Tree, Burning Tree, Summons for x=3, kicked bushwhacker take...24? It's the real deal. That scenario only requires 6 cards on T3...Summons evolves expt 1, gives TWO attackers, which you better hope isn't followed by a bushwhacker. You can even float the mana as the lands can be tapped or untapped.

edit: sry 6 cards plus lands, but the idea is still there

The danger is that Summons incredibly all-in. Its awful in multiples and unplayable in the face of counter-magic. Unless you get to 4 lands (which is very late in an aggro deck) the creatures can be Bolted. While I don't deny it is fast and can kill people, it seems very risky. I don't expect it to maintain a high price.

She's up to $21 now. We'll see if this really pans out, but I suspect she will settle a little due to low demand for her in Standard and her 2-color nature limiting her Modern reach.

Nahiri, the Harbinger is going nuts. Apparently seeing play in some Legacy Miracles as well as Modern Kiki-Chord. But it is in standard, hence my post here.

    Summoner's Pact

Right now, the top lists are running 4 Collected Company and 4 Chord of Calling. Is it possible that a few of those Chords could instead by Summoner's Pact? It allows you to go off with less resources, paying only the cost of the creature instead of GGG in addition to the cost. But you can't Convoke the creature's cost, and it doesn't come at instant speed.
Also, you could run 1 Varolz, the Scar-Striped as a green Pact target. He is also resilient to removal, unlike Viscera Seer.

How can you re-open a "resolved" case?

I belive you can open a new case for the same trade after the old one is resolved.

Anyone using PayPal to create tracking labels? Within MutliOrder Shipping, I can enter the service type and package. Along with the weight/dimension.

What option can I use if I want to add tracking to a PWE?

Media Mail Service- Package/Thick Envelope (1-8 oz) is 2.38 plus .23 tracking (total 2.61)
Parcel Select Ground service - paclage/Think Envelope (1-8 oz) is 5.95 total

    First-Class Mail Parcel Service - package/think envelope - 3oz=2.45, 8oz = 2.60

I don't know of a way to track a PWE - I'd ask at the counter at a post office.
