If you mean "delete instead of warn/infract", then almost none beyond the discussed spam.

Yes, I am discussing the current topic in this thread.

So its 99% spam (more or less) but not in all forums? What forums would still hand out infractions for spam? Just rulings?

How bad does the spam have to be to rectify an infraction? If someone replies with "lol" to a funny thread start, is that just a delete and no infract? What about single word answers like "Yes" or "no"?

So what rule infractions would be delete worthy?

what is this? you're not handing out infractions for established users when they deserve them?
    scoff.

Why didn't you delete this post instead of infracting and suspending Yanni?

What are you going to do with all that extra money? Buy a flatscreen for a car? Take a girl out and bring her back to your car? Become an alcoholic living out of a car?

To be completely honest and not offensive, people believe some things that I strongly believe are fake (a lot of it is forms of faith, psychics and some other stuff) yet because I might believe something labeled as a "conspiracy theory" I'm a crazy person or stupid.

I'll honestly listen to whatever someone wants to tell me. If they swear they saw bigfoot or they say 9/11 was an inside job I don't dismiss it, I just say to myself its what they believe. I even believe in a few theories, nothing too crazy though.

Could you please elaborate that point? I have trouble understanding what type of moderation you are referring to.

I've had the discussion on community a bunch... you can read it there I honestly don't want to get really into it but I know gals understands what I'm on about.

And its good to hear gals. If you have read all my posts here I'm actually not really complaining about anything except that I want mods to be more real and that being liked helps the people you moderate accept you.

I know there has been changes and I'm looking forward to a new year, I just know that a few things need to be sorted out.

I was going for visuals and a bit of hyperbole. Sorry. This thread needs more carebears to be honest... mostly because they are sort of funny and nobody can take them too serious.

What about Stardusts posts? I thought those were pretty good.

I'm not judging posts with quality, urweak's post felt real and actually shows he can see the other point of view.

I really hate the plastic-ness that moderation has become.

I think the point was more that you don't necessarily have to be carebears and butterflies with a person to respect and treat them and their position them with decency.

I said "Like" not "carebears and butterflies with a person".

All the people I "Like" I respect. You don't have to be a carebear to be liked.

As a mod, I sometimes see warnings and infractions left by other staff members and wonder if such action was even necessary. So I can understand why some nonstaff members get upset when they are given warnings/infractions.

I liked the honesty and how you haven't made a condescending post, see how he isn't being a butterfly or a carebear in this post yet I have more respect for it than any mod post in this thread gals?

I don't think this is quite right. I think mods need to be respected rather than liked. If a mod is hated but respected, he or she can still be effective. When a mod isn't respected, however (for whatever reason), you tend to get problems/drama.

You don't respect the people you like?

Cheers for the support StickTologY, but it was just a misunderstanding. Lets not forget votan's first language isn't English.
